Phoebe was beyond grateful for the receding glow of Quebec City fading behind the dragon and their ragtag crew, disappearing into the horizon. Her hair whipped through the wind, which was warm due to the heat radiating off Festus' metal hide, which still freaked Phoebe out because they were in Canada. Canada equals cold air; that was just logic.
The brunette sat behind Leo, who was so focused on guiding Festus, and in front of Piper and Jason. She was back in her unfamiliar, practically stranger-filled sandwich. Jason and Piper were engulfed in conversation, and Phoebe was not about to interrupt their... thing. But Leo was utterly silent, so what was she supposed to do? Sleep? No, the last time that happened, she saw her mom making out with Clarisse's dad and woke up being dangled a zillion feet in the air by her ankle.
