HUSKS POV Tonight im taking the shift of bar-tending, usually I dont do that job. but i thought "eh why not give it a shot" I am the owner of BlackJack Casino , so most of the time i end up gambling with the big bosses and overlords even. But tonight it was different , i felt like i needed to do something for a change. something... to clear my head.
as the night went on things were going great, until.
This . (timeskip 2 hours)
i was tending to the drinks watching the news across the room then someone walked up to the bar i paused then asked
" welcome what can i get you.?"
"hay.just get me eh anythin you got!"
i looked at him, very strange , he had fluffy white hair , tall, and had a.. new york accent?
" whatever you say" i rolled my eyes slightly
" hey uh whiskers eh? you busy later hm~?"
i turned back to look at him, what is he doing? if he is trying to do something to get money or whatever , oh he will see. i aint playing around here.
" dont call me whiskers." i said in a annoyed voice *
angel laughed then turned to see the tv when he heard something about Valentino on the news
*news reporter-" we had gotten some information from the famous overlord Valentino as he speaks now,
" I SWEAR IF NO ONE FINDS THAT FUCKER HAHA I WILL TIE YOU ALL UP BY YOUR FUCKING BA-"
*camera cut out*
"ehem, the famous P*rnstar Angel Dust has gone missing! Valentino requests if you find him IMMEDETLY for a cash reward"
*angel turned to husk sweating and painting in frustration and anxiety*
i took notice of his stress and asked him
" ... are you alright?"
" I UH fuck YEAH IM FINE..."
"okay.."
"actually.....i need your help , please."
no way he was going to ask ME for help, i dont know him, he just was flirting with me a few minutes ago and showed up out of nowhere.
" excuse me.?" i responded
"I UH JUST FOLLOW ME REAL QUICK THINGS ARE GONNA GET BAD.."
other people started whispering and looking at that guy talking to me and staringhe then got up and grabbed me by my hand as we rushed to an empty room to talk.
"HEY man what the , what are you doing and what do you want."
i said with a frustraited tone
" i need your help, please, you gotta let me stay here for a while , ill do anythin' i just need to hide out for a bit"
haha! .... is he fucking serious, this guy dragged me , yelled, did random shit now hes asking to crash at MY CASINO , no way.
"no."
"C'MON PLEASE.. LOOK MR...
* he hesitated and read his nametag .. he was the owner..*
"mr husker, if you let me stay, i will tell you whats going on and do as you like."
i paused looking up at him and thought.. then replied .
" okay, but i must know what this is all about."
"of course"
ANGELS POV:
the cat like guy in front of me looked upset. i really didnt mean to upset him or drag him into this , but i had to .. quite literally.
i looked at him in eagerness begging him to let me stay.. he finally gave in but in exchange of the situation , as there i told him ..
"well im hiding , from a overlord, named valentino .. hes uh my boss."
"your boss...?"
"truth is, he owns my soul. i gave into his temptations and lies when it happened, i rememeber it like yesterday... but back to now. basically started last night. i was filming one of my movies for my boss, then afterwards i decided to escape . i had enough of his tourment and abuse and everything. all i could beg for is to be free. he ended up only finding out about my escape until this morning, but i am all the way across the city from his studio. i need an escape. some way to just figure out how or what i could do to free myself. in the meantime also not trying to get myself killed. thats where i need your help. i need to stay here. he wouldnt dare come into an overlords kingdom. and if he were to find me.. i would be dead. "
* husk looked down then looked up at angel with a sigh *
" okay ... fine, you may stay here, but i swear if you ruin anything here you will be OUT... that includes you to help me with my job. staying here doesnt mean its free. and care to tell me your name..?"
"You can uh call me angel"
"alright then angel. from now on i am your temporary boss. you may call me Husk. "
"ahh husk, * i smiled*
" thank you for lettin me stay.. kitty~"
"AND! that means none of your ^other^ acting here too. * he snapped* "
"haha , whateva ya say whiskers"
* husk paused and looked at angel, he was deciding what job he wanted to give him, instead as of that time , he decided to close up the casino and let angel stay*
"uh , here * he handed angel the keys to one of the spare rooms/bedrooms in the casino*
"that key leads to the room you will stay in , i have to lock up for the night so you can go on ahead, tommorow i will assign you with your job."
"THANKS KITTY!"
*i jumped towards husk to hug him but-- his big cat like paw ened up in my face pushing me back*
"yeah yeah. go get some rest, i need your help tommorow."
"You got it boss!"
* i blew a fake kiss as i headed out the door, going to the room *
* husk rolled his eyes as he went and closed his casino for the night , then heading to his own room.* *they both were confused in their rooms pacing, or thinking . not knowing what could come next for the both of them..
