As the morning light crept over Shibuya, the heart of Tokyo began to stir with its customary zest. The early hours were abuzz with the city's inherent energy, as the streets slowly filled with a blend of commuters and early birds. Shop signs flickered to life amidst the soft chatter of residents and the distant melodies of opening storefronts. The cityscape, a canvas of modernity, was brushed with the soft hues of morning, setting the stage for the day's bustling symphony to unfold.

The city's pulse quickened even in the tender hours of the morning, its vibrancy on full display. The thrum of footsteps blended with the distant hum of traffic, while the golden rays of sunlight kissed the towering buildings, casting a warm glow on the bustling streets below. The air was alive with the scent of freshly brewed coffee from corner cafes, and the chatter of early risers added to the symphony of urban awakening.

In the shadowed embrace of an alley, the discordant symphony of conflict resounded. Sharp snaps of punches landing, the heavy thud of bodies against the unforgiving pavement, and the startling yelps of distress filled the space, painting a vivid soundscape of trouble.

"Kana, I think they learned their lesson. We're going to be late for school." Yuzuha called out, her hand still vibrating from the force of the punch she had just dealt, as the other girl cowered on the ground beneath her.

"Almost done." Kana responded with a casual tone, her forceful kick propelling a girl backward until she collided with the wall and slumped to the floor.

Kana Hanagaki and her best friend, Yuzuha Shiba, stand out in school for two big reasons. First, their brothers are part of the infamous Tokyo Manji Gang—Takemitchi Hanagaki and Hakkai Shiba. Second, their own reputation for their fierce strength and daring attitudes.

Their reputation preceded them, and their classmates often kept their distance from them due to the intensity that surrounded the pair. However, despite their reputation and fierce attitudes, they were both actually pretty kind and caring individuals when you got to know them. They were simply strong and fierce, but they weren't evil or cruel like others may have thought.

Kana and Yuzuha were both good friends. They were both in the same class and often spent time together. They could be hard on those outside their circle, but as friends, they had each other's backs and were incredibly loyal as they had grown up with each other as kids.

On their morning walk to school, Kana and Yuzuha stumbled upon a scene of several girls from their school, ganging up on and relentlessly bullying someone far less able to defend themselves, and they couldn't find it in themselves just to walk away and let the situation continue.

When the supposed leader of the girls was sent crashing into the wall and slumping to the floor, the others looked at each other uncertainly and in pain. Kana still had a stern expression on her face, but she was calm and collected as she kept her eye on the group of bullies.

"Your guys' faces piss me off. Get out of here." Yuzuha chimed in, sounding confident and fierce as she stared down the bigger group of bullies surrounding their classmate. She was protective and took no mess from anyone, and her intense expression and attitude were clearly intimidating to the group of bullies.

When Kana and Yuzuha stepped in, the bullies couldn't hide their fear. They stopped their mean behavior in no time, and with a few scrapes and bruises to show for it, they took off running.

Kana looked down at the girl in front of her, still trembling on the ground in front of her with her head bowed in embarrassment.
