Aether was in his room thinking, how he got into this place and, what's his decision gonna be, when he hear loud voices coming from the hallway. Causing for him to get up from his bed and head towards the commotion in the living and there he saw the guardians with jack.

Jack: I told you guys he brainwashed me but i broke free, Now i wanna go back to you guys.
Bunny: How do we believe you, you old snowman??? You even almost kill me.

Aether walks slowly towards tooth and ask her what's going on.

Aether: Hey tooth what's going on here???
Tooth: Get behind me aether, he is not supposed to see you yet.

But it's too late because jack already saw aether and aether see that jack change because jack now has blue hoodie and white hair instead of black.

Jack: Woah who is he, Do you guys got a new guardian???

This cause aether to raise his eyebrow and comes out of hiding from tooth's back.

Aether: Who am i? Well let's just say you force me to come with you the other day, pins me in a tree and your obviously faking it right now.
North: Calm down aether, I know you're upset but let's just calm down, forget about the past and welcome him back.
Bunny: Hold your horses their mate, We can't just accept him right away, What if aether was right that jack was just faking it.
Tooth: Maybe you are right bunny but we need jack right now especially that pitch is more powerful than before.
Jack: You hear her kangaroo, you don't have a choice but to accept me.
Aether: I don't like you jack and you still haven't earn my trust but fine I'll try to become teammates with you for now.
Jack: Good choice my dear, So what do you say kangaroo it's 5 against 1 *he said while smirking at bunny*

This cause for bunny to be mad and leave the north pole by using his tunnels.

North: Well that's almost a disaster but for now, We must rest for the upcoming fight, Jack you can have your room back and aether stay with me for a while.

When north and aether are alone, North told aether to follow him to his workshop and aether got a good look in the whole north pole. After a while they reach a room and they started to talk.

North: Aether i know you have a problem with jack, but please try to cooperate with him.
Aether: I don't know north, he still gives me chills especially since the time he said he is gonna come back for me, and north i already made my decision. I will join the guardians and help you defeat the boogeyman.
North: Thank you aether, You can go back to your room now.

After the talk aether goes back to his room, he lay down on his bed when he feels that he is not alone in his bedroom, When he pulls cover he saw jack sleeping shirtless, This cause for him to stare a little bit longer on jack and jack opens his eyes teasing the boy.

Jack: Enjoying the view cutie pie??? *He said while smirking at aether*
Aether: Of course not, put some shirt on idiot *he said and looks away from jack while blushing*
Jack: Are you sure Snowflake, Cause i still see your blushing face

Jack then pulled aether back in the bed and put aether's face on his chest

Aether: Hey let go of me frost *he said while squirming*
Jack: Ohh come on snowflake, You don't have to pretend you don't like it.
Aether: I hate you jack frost, now let of me.

Instead of letting go jack still wrap aether close on his body while smirking

Jack: You are mine aether and I'm not letting you go *jack said in his mind before going to sleep*
