From time immemorial, the state has been the most developed social institution ever achieved by man. It was the development of state relations that allowed man to reach such unprecedented heights in technology, secure the right to exist in the world of natural selection, and become the ruler of nature.
However, over the centuries, the “state” fell into decay, moving from the category of instruments for organizing human society into an end in itself for those in power, the state became an all-consuming organism, an enemy of progress. The modern elite opposes any alternative, afraid to somehow shake their monopoly on luxury and power. Moreover, this applies not only to the authoritarian regimes existing today, but also to modern “democracies”, mired in decadence and decline in morals.
Artificial intelligence, genetic engineering and many other promising industries are banned or strictly controlled due to “moral considerations”, but these are simply attempts to deny progress, a desire to freeze everything in the status quo, since any significant breakthrough in these industries will lead to complete destruction existing world order, will doom the current elite to remain out of work. This is precisely the reason for such a slow implementation of these technologies; the elite wants to use them only for the benefit of strengthening their power.
In this work we will try to figure out where this will lead us and what development options we have.
