It's been a year since the Washington twins went missing. Their brother Joshua had been mourning their death for a year now. He also seemed to cut contact with most if not all of his friends. Except a girl named Samantha. Her friends just called her Sam. Josh always talked to Sam. He told her everything. Josh needed someone to talk to, and Sam willingly listened to him.

Sam knew Josh was struggling mentally. He had mentioned something about hallucinations, but he had said he was on meds, and back in therapy. Josh always kept in touch with her. He constantly updated her on how he was doing, how therapy went, if the cops found anything on his sisters, anything that changed in his life, he told Sam. Sam was the friend he trusted the most.

Sam woke up one morning to a message sent from Josh. It was.. an invitation? Josh seemed to be throwing a party. Sam smiled as she sat up and continued to read the invitation. When she saw the location she swore her heart stopped for a second. She reread the location multiple times. Josh set the location for the lodge. The same lodge that his siblings went missing at.

The same lodge where the prank that lead to the believed death of Joshua's sisters.

Sam continued to read.

"I know you all may not like the idea of going back to the lodge, however, I believe it can help us all." the invitation read. "Let's forget the past and focus on having the best fucking night of our lives!"

Sam shook her head as she stared at the message. Although she wanted to tell Josh to change the location, she responded: "I'll be there Josh!"

Sam truly had no idea if any of the others wanted to go. She half expected none of them to. Mike maybe, because he never turns down a party. Matt or Emily however? Emily couldn't stand walking up and down that mountain, so why would she want to go?

Sam chose to not to worry. She'll just be surprised by who shows up, or at least IF they show up.

"God this mountain couldn't get any fucking colder!" Sam shouted slightly as she walked to the station on the mountain. She hated the cold but she loved the views and the light of the mountian.

She continued to walk and look around as she did. The snow covered mountain was so beautiful, but she can't help but feel guilty being there. The twins have been gone for a year, and now shes back on the mountain, heading up to the came cabin, where that horrible prank was pulled on Hannah.

Sam walked up to the station door, took out the key Josh had given her a few years back, and unlocked the door. The door was almost frozen shut, but she still opened the door and got into the station.

She looked around before leaving through another door, and approaching the ski lift. Once she had gotten into the lift, it carried her up the mountain and to the cabin.

Sam looked outside at the white mountains, admiring the tree's, the snow, and the cabin she was slowly approaching. However when she looked down into the snow, she saw a figure walking. She tried to figure out who It was. Possibly it was Mike? Walking to the cabin?

'No' Sam thought as she continued to stare down at the figure. Mike couldn't possibly be walking. She knew her friends hate walking up the large mountain.

The figure didn't even seem like someone she knew. They had a thick coat, and a large weapon on their back. She had no clue who this figure was. It was like a complete stranger on the mountain. She shook her head, and decided to ignore it.

Josh had mentioned that people hid on the mountain, and has broken into the station before, so Sam didn't ponder.

The ski lift soon reached its location and Sam left it. She had to walk the rest of the way to the cabin. Which she didn't mind. She was used to walking this far. Especially on this mountain.
