My heels click against the ground as I effortlessly storm across the warehouse. As I was going through all the papers on Rocco's desk I decided in order to find Marco I would go to the root of the problem. Rocco may not have seen it because he wasn't really looking for it, but I did.

I noticed that not just one, but multiple people in our mafia have some connections to Marco. In order to find him I'm going to have to get these men in check. Make them remember who their working for and why my husband earned the title he had.

Everyone's head in the warehouse turns towards me. Marcelo followed close behind. He's already proven to me how loyal and useful he can be, but I still need to keep my guard up. When I don't see the man I'm looking for I stop in the middle of the werehouse.

"Where the fuck is Lance?" I raise my voice in the warehouse.  Most of the men don't answer, but I see one point a a door at the side of the warehouse.

As soon as he does my heels start up again and I storm through the door. Lance is sitting at the desk on his phone laughing at something. Not only is he a traitor, but he has never been on his phone on the clock.

I slam my fist onto the desk and he turns his chair towards me quickly. Confusion contorts on his face. "Who are you?" He asks.

"I'm Rocco's wife. I came here because I want to know why you were selling drugs to one of Marco's men?" I growl.

He smirks. "Tsk. You're just a woman I don't have to answer to you."

Marcelo is about to grab the man but I stop him. Taking a deep breath I reach for the knife deep in my pockets. I thrust the knife into his hand that's on the table making him unable to move. He groans so loud the men outside can hear him.

"There's a reason why I'm Rocco's wife. You will treat me with respect the same way you do Rocco." I twist the knife around "Apologize."

"Ahhh I'm sorry." He screams.

I cross my arms not taking the knife out of his palm. "Don't think just because he's not here you can betray this mafia. Unlike Rocco I don't need information out of you I'll just kill you on the spot."

He tried to pull the knife out of his hand, but I dug it deep into the wooden desk. "O-okay I'll tell you."

I raise an eyebrow at him waiting for him to answer. "He came here under a different name. I had no idea he was one of Marco's men. I have the utmost respect for Rocco I would never betray him." He cries.

Staring at him in the eyes I try to tell if he's lying or not. His breaths get even and he looks at me with confidence. "I want the list with his fake name on it. Send it up to my office right away." I say pulling the knife out of his hand. He groans as I do. "And I better not ever catch you slacking off again. If you really respect Rocco you wouldn't be down here doing this." I warn.

"I'm sorry boss. It will never happen again." He puts pressure on his stab wound.

I turn on my heel and walk out of the office with Marcelo following behind me. All the men in the warehouse finally acknowledge my presence as I walk out. Next time this happens I'll just make sure they know who they are messing with.

"Damn, that was Brutal Ma'am," Marcelo says.

"You can just call me by my name," I say.

"Okay, Alessandra. That was badass." He smiles.

"Thank you. There's probably going to be a lot more of that. The men around here clearly don't respect me." I frown.

"It's okay. You're doing a good job. The big boss would be proud of you." He smiles.
