Self harm is way more than cutting wrists,
Not listening to the
growls of your stomach,
And the flicker of your eyes
Are all forms of self harm.
Sitting there intoxicated, untreated.
Not asking for help,
Not closing that darn chapter
And punishing yourself for existing
Are also forms of self harm.
