BRADY LET HIMSELF INTO THE house when he got to ruby's house. he followed the sound of believe by staind coming from a room upstairs. he slowly opened the door, ruby soon coming into his view.
she was sitting on her bed bopping her head writing in a journal. she seemed really into it that he wanted to back away as if he had never came to let her do her thing. he got over that thought and cleared his throat. the brunette looked up and smiled when she saw the boy.
"hi," she softly said, putting her notebook down.
"hi, what are you doing?" he asked stepping into the room as he slipped his shoes off.
"nothing, just waiting for you and listening to music." he nodded, sitting himself next to her on her bed. the two sat in a comfortable silence for a moment.
ruby sighed, sitting up. "so are you just bold over text or are you bold in real life too?"
brady looked over with a raise of his eyebrow, "mostly just over text, we knew this already."
"yeah we did, do you wanna be bold in real life today?"
"do you want me to?"
"yeah, i really really want you to."
brady watched and leaned back as ruby leaned in closer, maintaining eye contact, only breaking it to look at his lips.
