Siddharth looked once again at his watch. No, girls aren't late. He just arrived earlier than decided. Waiting anywhere seems better to him rather than tolerating Roshni at office. Over the past days Sid understood that Akansha is not so punctual. She will never be early. But today, her sister will be with her... Nikita, maybe. Sid had talked to her via calls or texts in the last few days and she seems quite nice. She's maybe a disciplined version of Akansha. Maybe, maybe not.
Sid was yawning when he saw them getting in. He stood up to greet them. Akansha was wearing a yellow floral midi dress with a denim jacket. Maybe she recently dyed her hair because her open hair was looking a perfect honey brown contrast with the blue denim jacket. She was looking pretty, as always. So was Nikita, but in her own style. She was wearing a black t-shirt with a sky-blue baggy jean. Her dark hair was held with a hair claw in a messy bun and she still had her reading glasses on. Akansha came and gave Sid a side hug while Nikita settled for handshake only. Even before they could sit down-
Nikki: "Siddharth, don't mind please but... can I see your bike?"
Sid: (smiling) "Obviously you can, but do you want to see it right now? I mean, we can eat something and then... (looking at Akansha) what do you say?"
Akki: (waving her hand in the air in a dismissive way) "She is just a bit hyperactive about bikes, that's all. Don't worry, we will eat something first. We're coming from the uni and I'm starving."
They settled for a pizza and customized coffees for themselves. They finished eating amidst various conversations. Nikita liked Siddharth's vibe. She thought she CAN befriend him.
After paying the bill, they came outside and both Sid and Akansha noticed Nikita's eyes roaming here and there.
Sid: "Bebo isn't here today. She's at home."
Nikki: (shocked, disappointed) "But you said she's outside only."
Akki: (placing a hand on Nikki's shoulder) "Nikki, he's just messing with you. Don't worry he's always with his 'Bebo'."
