LUCIES POV // I turned around back to Kalyn, to continue our walk, when I saw it. He knelt there, looking back up at me, pulling out a little box, a ring box "Holy shit." Breaking down, my hands covered my mouth.
"Lucie Faulkner, I love you more than words or actions could ever express. For you to be the mother of my children has been a dream of mine for years now, and I'm so blessed that that is becoming our reality. So, will you do the honours of becoming Mrs Ponga, and marry me?"
His words ran through my mind over and over 100 times per second. I nodded enthusiastically, giving him my hand. He slid the ring on, then stood up. He took both my hands in his, then kissed me.

————— Time Skip ————— 17 Weeks Pregnant, Two days before the official announcement of the pregnancy.
We were in our seats waiting for the boys to come out, when Kallie, who was sat beside me, looked down at her phone. "We still have about 10 minutes, wanna go to the bar?"
Crap, this again, she was without a doubt going to catch on this time. "Uh yeah, let's go." Kalyn and I decided to hold off a little while before telling anyone. Considering we went though so many complications to get pregnant in the first place, we wanted to be 100% sure the baby was strong and healthy, and would pull through.
She ordered then turned to me, "I'll just get a water, thanks." The bartender got my water then walked away to go make Kallies, "What is with you lately. Wearing oversized clothes to games, you used to dress up a bit, and you love your drinks, acting like you're pregnant or something?"
Then she paused, remembering the struggles we've had with that, it was always a sensitive topic. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry hun, I didn't mean-" Then I took her arm and gave her a grin, which then her face changed again. "Shut the fuck up, you're not."
I giggled and nodded. "But don't tell anyone yet, we were planning on announcing it Sunday, I'm 17 weeks, only the Queensland team know, they were there when KK opened the letter I sent him." She picked up her drink then turned back to me, she'd began to cry.
I walked her out so we were outside our section, a lot less crowded. "Lucie, I'm so happy for you guys." She pulled me into a tight hug as she cried into my neck. "You need to pull yourself together, the other girls will suspect something if we go back in and you're crying."
We stood there for a few minutes, "okay are you good now?" I asked, wiping one loose tear that was stuck to her jaw. She nodded, so we walked back into the stands. The boys where getting into their positions on field before kick off as we got back to our seats. Kalyn looked over and saw me, taking out his mouth guard and blowing me a kiss.
