Nov. 7th

Everything was going fine at the Eden club until the second Traci attacked them. Connor had honed in on the blue haired Traci but how did they not realize she had an accomplice? Connor questioned his programming as he missed a block.

The Traci hit the side of his head. Maybe he should have let them trade him out. The replacement eye and the reforming of the socket had been working but Everytime his head hit something his vision went to static for a moment. He was losing the fight but kept fighting. He had to. Not only did the mission dictate it, but Hank was in danger as well. He could hold his own for the most part but that android didn't feel pain and didn't become tired, Hank was starting to.

"Hank!" Connor yelled after a particularly nasty blow to the older man's back.

"I'm fine, they're getting away!" Hank was right. The Traci's had clasped hands and were running for a fence to climb it. He ran up and grabbed the blue haired Traci. Block after block, he matched them hit for hit until one of them hit his head against the wall.

He saw snow for longer this time, but that didn't stop him from reaching for Hank's gun and taking aim on the red haired Traci.

He spared her only to be tackled at the last moment. The gun was wrestled from his grasp and she took aim at him.

"Don't shoot him! We'll let you go, just don't shoot him!" Hank shouted.

"They'll just replace him anyway." The red haired Traci shouted bitterly.

"Like they would have replaced her when the patron killed her?" Connor shouted, nodding to the blue haired Traci as he held his hands up in surrender.

"I knew I was next. I had to do something. They just throw us away if we are too expensive to repair and I had to get home to her." She explained, taking hold of the red haired Traci's free hand.

She dropped the gun and the two turned around and fled over the fence, their high heels barely making a sound as they ran.

"Connor!" Hank shouted running over to him. There were warnings in Connor's vision of his wounds but he ignored them for now, clearing all notifications. His vision had restored to normal and that was his only worry.

"Hank, are you alright?" He asked quietly as he sat up, assessing the man. Hank lay a hand on Connor's shoulder.

"I'm alright." He muttered," Why didn't you take the shot?"

Connor didn't want to admit a defect in his eye socket but he also didn't want to admit he felt bad for the two Traci.

"My vision is still acting up, I need to recalibrate again." He lied for the first time of his own accord. He had lied before about being armed to another android but that had been for the mission. Something he could mistake as fear crossed his mind. Would they completely shut him down as a unit if they loaded his memories into a new body and found out he had lied about the Traci?

"Let's get that looked at." Hank said, standing and offering Connor a hand up. Connor took it and stood with ease, barely putting any weight into the hand Hank had offered. He did notice Hank's light groan as he did so.

"Only if you get looked at as well, Lieutenant." Connor smiled brightly. He was confused when Hank averted his gaze and his behind his hair.

"Yeah yeah, let's get going." As Hank turned away to walk, he didn't let go of Connor's hand. His hand just slid lose as Connor stayed stationary and Hank moved away. Connor wanted to stay holding hands like that but he let his hand drop to his side instead.

Hours passed and Connor found himself wandering, looking for something and thinking to himself. He mused a lot more lately. Every so often he would come across a puddle of melted snow and catch his own reflection. When he finally stopped to look at it, he frowned.
