4809 words of (Y/N) embarrassing herself, and a lot of innuendos and tension ahead. Enjoy.

Your POV:

After everything Taehoon tells me and everything I tell him in the library, I go to the cafeteria, where Minji and Yeonwoo are waiting for me. Just like the rest of the school, the cafeteria is also large. There are about fifty-sixty tables here (it seems so), with each table having 5 chairs. There are benches as well, and individual chairs stacked up on each other. I look around for both of them, when I hear a very familiar laughter. Looking at the right, in some corner, I see Minji laughing and speaking something unintelligible (to me), while Yeonwoo is silent and staring at her. And it comes to me as a shock, when I was expecting him to stare at her with a frown, that he is actually smiling at her. Damn, am I soon going to become a third wheel?

I walk towards them with a smile. As soon as they see me approaching, they smile at me.

"What took you so long in the washroom?" asks Minji, as soon as I reach them.

"I don't think you want that answer", I say convincingly. Minji makes a face at me.

"What do you want to eat?" asks Yeonwoo.

"Umm... Sandwich", I say.

"Are you sure you should be eating that? Your stomach is fine?" Minji asks me concernedly.

"It's nothing. Just let me eeeeat", I say, jokingly. She chuckles.

While I eat sandwich, she eats French fries and Yeonwoo eats a burger. I let my mind wander to what I had told Taehoon. 'I have to see your injuries'. Well, what am I going to do after seeing his injuries, anyway? Treat them? I'm sure he must've taken care of those already. So, what? I am actually more surprised that he even agreed to that. Well, he simply said, 'Ok', when he saw I am determined... but he could've said no. So, this is a good thing, surely?

I break out of my reverie when Minji snaps her finger in front of me.

"Where did you get lost, dude?" she asks me.

"Nowhere. The sandwich is really good, so I was just savouring it", I lie. Although it's not a complete lie. The sandwich is really good.

"Weird", she tells me.

"Let her be", Yeonwoo tells her, chuckling.

"Anyways, what are you guys going to do in the free period?" asks Minji. "Since I'll be in the sports hall, I wonder how you'll both spend time without getting bored."

"You sure think highly of yourself", says Yeonwoo. "Anyways, I'll perfect a Math lesson, whose test my father will take in the evening."

"Yeonwoo", I say, looking at him incredulously, "It's only been only ten days since the start of the school, eleven if you include the Sunday, but you already have to perfect a lesson?! A whole ass lesson?! Not even an exercise, a complete lesson! And within ninety minutes? And your father will test you today evening?"

Yeonwoo looks down for a second, his bright face drooping. Then, he looks back up, and says, smiling, "Yes, yes! God, what's so difficult to believe? Isn't it good if I study a lot? After all, I have to continue being the topper for da... for myself."

I give him a concerned look, but he ignores it. Minji says "Why do I get the feeling your father is a complete arsehole (don't ask me why Minji is British all of a sudden) who controls everything you do? I mean, you are what? Seventeen or eighteen? Shouldn't he let you study yourself? And why is he controlling your studies when school has just started?" I silently agree with her.
