Chpt. 7: Unexpected Interruptions

Angel raised an eyebrow at the sight of Y/n and Lucifer sitting so closely to each other. He couldn't help but smirk at the thought of two of the most unlikely people in the hotel getting close. He cleared his throat once again, causing both of them to turn their attention towards him.

'Well, well, well. I never thought I would see the day where Little Ms. Shutter Bug and the Devil himself would be having a cozy little drink together,' Angel teased, a playful smirk on his face.

Y/n playfully rolled her eyes, knowing that Angel couldn't resist making a jab at her. 'Oh what do you want now Angel?' she asked, trying to divert attention away from herself and Lucifer.

Angel chuckled and took a seat next to them. 'Just wanted to have a little chat with you, Y/n. But I see that you're busy, so I'll leave you two to your.....little chit chat,' he said, the last part dripping with sarcasm.

Lucifer couldn't help but let out a chuckle at Angel's comment. He knew that this was all just a bit of friendly teasing, but a part of him couldn't help but feel a bit possessive over Y/n.

He subtly wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him,a silent statement that he wants to be left alone with her.

Y/n blushed at the action but didn't resist. Shewas enjoying the closeness between them, but Angel's presence was slightlyputting a damper on the moment.

'Angel, if you have something to say, just sayit. I don't have all night,' Y/n said, trying to sound stern but the slightquiver in her voice gave away her nervousness.

Angel smirked at her before turning hisattention towards Lucifer. 'You know, Lucifer, Vaggie and Charlie were justasking about you. They were wondering if you could join them for a littlemeeting in the conference room,' he said, trying to hide the mischievous glintin his eyes.

Lucifer narrowed his eyes, knowing that this wasAngel's way of getting him away from Y/n. He couldn't help but feel a bitannoyed, but he also knew that he couldn't refuse Charlie and Vaggie's request.He let out a sigh and stood up from his seat not wanting to leave Y/n, but he had no choice.

'Well then, I suppose I should see what our dearprincesses need. But Y/n and I have a private lesson scheduled for tomorrowevening, so we will have to continue this then,' he said, looking directly atY/n with a soft gaze and a small smile.

Y/n smiled as well, 'I look forwardto it, Lucifer,' she replied, her voice filled with anticipation andexcitement.
