As soon as the winter break was over, I couldn't wait to get back to school. The first person I saw when I arrived was her. Her bright and beautiful smile immediately made me forget about all the struggles and pain I had been facing. It was like her smile had the power to make everything okay again. As we gathered for the assembly, my heart raced with excitement. All I could think about was wishing her a happy new year because she had played such a big role in making mine happy. Her presence had a calming effect on me and being around her made me feel like I could take on anything that life threw at me.As our hands met for the very first time in a handshake, I could feel the warmth of her skin against mine. It was the first time we had any physical contact, and my heart swelled with happiness. The feeling of our hands clasped together was so profound that it was as if time had stood still for just a moment. It was a simple gesture, yet it meant so much to me. I gifted her the "evil eye" bracelet. It was a unique piece I had purchased from the sacred Mahalakshmi temple. As I handed it over to her, I couldn't help but feel a sense of relief knowing that she would be protected from any evil energies that might come her way. All I wanted was to ensure her safety and well-being under the watchful gaze of the Almighty. After the break, I was excited to see her again. However, when I went to the sports room, I noticed that she was nowhere to be found. I asked around, but no one seemed to know where she was. Eventually, I found out that she had taken a leave from school and simply vanished. I was so frightened and worried about her well-being. I prayed to God to keep her safe and hoped that she would return soon. The uncertainty of not knowing what had happened to her was unsettling, and I couldn't help but wonder where she could be and if she was okay. The very next day after she took a sudden leave from work, I found out that she was unwell. I was relieved to hear that she was doing better now. It had been a tiring day for me, filled with a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about her sudden absence. The following day, It was quite unexpected for me to have a video call with her parents. Despite the physical distance, the experience of meeting and greeting them through a virtual platform was surreal. I praised them for the way they had raised her and for instilling such great values in her. It was heartwarming to see their faces light up with pride and happiness. In the near future, there may be a time when she doesn't like me, but I promise to become a better version of myself just for her.
