Chapter 5 - Proposal and Trouble

It had been two months since I moved to Canada and I learnt a lot for example my boyfriend and his family are vampires and that I’m a blood singer. I woke up like normally with Edward sitting on a chair beside me “morning” I mumble he smiles and I lean forward and kiss him a knock came from the door and we broke apart “yeah” Alice came in “oh sorry did I interrupt something we shook my head “good Edward out” he chuckled ‘why would you leave me’ I whine in my head he left and winked as soon as he left Alice went into my wardrobe and pulled out my outfit “well go and get a shower then I’ll do you hair and make up” she shooed me into the bathroom.

When I came out Alice started drying my hair in the past two months she had took me on a torturing shopping trip to get thing I would never imagine getting she finished doing my hair and put it into a fishtail plait then told me to get dressed I pulled on a checker shirt and chinos with black shoe boots. I jogged down stairs where Edward was waiting for me “we are going in later” he took me away to the forest “Edward what’s going on” he took us to our favourite meadow “and he pulled me onto my lap “your birthday’s in a month” he stated “yeah why?” I was beyond confused “we talked about you being changed that’s if you wanted too?” why was he bringing this up now

“if it means being with you forever yeah” I smiled at him “I have something for you depending on your answer would be a early birthday present” he pulled out a small boy and opened it “marry me” he asked I looked at him “what am only 17” he nodded “but your 18 in a month I want to make you mine in every way” I thought about it  any chance of having a normal went out of the window when I lost my family and fell in love with a vampire.

“of course I’ll marry you” I smile at him he take the ring out of the box and slipped it onto my finger “it was my mothers and now it’s yours” I kissed him and we rolled over I laughed “so before you turn me you want me to make you Mrs Cullen” I asked “yes. In every way I want to be tied to you in every way humanly possible” he stroked my hair I bit my lip “I really think we should be getting to school I may have an eternity with you have to keep up appearances” he laughed

We arrived before third lesson and we separated for classes Alice was sitting in our usual place in English lit she looked down at my hand, squealed and ran to hug me. we sat down “you do know that once people know they’ll think he’s knocked me up” I tell him “forget about them oh please can I plan your...” I shushed her “if you never mention it around school then yes I’ll let you plan it “she clapped her hands I shrunk in my seat

At lunch the rest of the Cullen were congratulating us even Rose who like Alice I’ve grown close too she was cold and heartless if you weren’t in the inner circle but she head a dead heart of cold she told me of how she became a vampire I felt so sorry for her but smirked when she told how she got her revenge typically Rosie.

“How about on your birthday” Alice asked me I sighed “okay” I took out my pad and zoned out

  “Iyla?” Rose asked I looked at her she was drawing. I took shape as a church and at the altar sat two people surrounded by others “looks like she know what you planning “ Emmet smirked “no fair I wanted it to be a surprise” she huffed “do you think that will be here power. It seems she can draw fixed points something will happen where as Alice its always changing” Jasper spoke “most likely Rose replied

Iyla breathed in “oops did I just blow Alice’s surprise” everyone laughed I wrapped my arm around her “yeah she had a three year old moment” Iyla giggled. While having lunch someone came up to us “Alright” we looked at her “can we help you” Rose asked “yeah you can. So is it true you knocked her up” she asked me “excuse me” she smirked “well that is why she has a ring on her finger. Figure she would put it about a bit with her background parents dead and all rebelling against the new guardian” Rose stood up and walked to the girl

“I don’t know who you are or why your here but you mess with my sister I will end you” she pointed her finger Alice, Jasper and Emmet stood up I secured my arm around her “whatever you don’t scare me” Jasper looked intently at her as she started coughing “am I’m going to go” she left quickly “I knew this would happen the bell went and she stormed off.

I found her in Bio having her head down “baby it’s going to be alright just ignore them they don’t know what they’re talking about” I comforted her “I’m not like that they don’t know me how could they think that” she sobbed I shush her “just ignore people who think like that because soon we’ll be married and you’ll be with me forever” I whispered to her she nodded I wiped her face and gently kissed her when class started.

We got into her car and were about to drive off when we saw Rose come out with a smirk on her face “Rose what did you do” Iyla asked “oh nothing, nothing honest” she got into the car with Emmett, Alice and Jasper ‘that bitch didn’t know what hit her’ I sighed and we pulled out

“why don’t you let me drive” I ask “as much as I love you this is a classic and my baby no way are you driving my car” she replied I laughed
