Chapter #3 : The Socialist State

The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Vasily Konstantinovich Zhukov, was looking down at the piles of documents on his desk. His expression was a mixture of annoyance and amusement as he sat down and began to review the first documents.

Zhukov: "Yeah, yeah, and yeah. Another day of leading the Motherland, another stack of documents to take care of. Let's see what this first document got first, let's see.. hmmm.. Operation: Star, Successful."

Ever since the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) appeared in this world two months ago, things have been pretty calm in the Union, although the people are still speculating about where that bluish brigh of light came from or how the hell did the USSR got teleported to this world.

However, underground radical groups, known as the Kazmichsky, have recently emerged in the city of Novy Uzen in the Kazakh SSR on January 15th. These terrorist claim that the strange arrival of the USSR in this world is due to divine punishment, inflicted by God as retribution for the USSR's past sins.

Their rhetoric has stirred unrest in the city, and they have been linked to numerous acts of terror targeting local residents. While their exact motives for doing so remain unknown, their violent actions have escalated tensions in the city and prompted the Soviet Militsiya, the Soviet police forces to respond by conducting routine patrols in the city of Novy Uzen.

The 29th of January became the bloodiest day of the month, as Kazmichsky terrorists launched coordinated attacks across Novy Uzen. Shootings and widespread arson created chaos in the streets, sparking mass panic among the civilian population. The situation quickly spiraled out of control, and in response, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union (MVD) quickly mobilized SOBR, its elite counter-terrorism rapid response unit, to restore order and neutralize the growing threat from these terrorist groups.

The operation, codenamed Operation: Star, was launched with precision and force. The Militsiya immediately established the perimeter around key areas of the city, securing civilian escape routes and controlling the flow of people, while SOBR units moved in with surgical precision to engage and quickly eliminate the Kazmichsky terrorists once and for all.

Zhukov: (Sigh) "What exactly do they want after all? I hope the KGB already has the answers about this.."

As Vasily reached for the next documents on his desk, a sudden knock echoed through the door of his office. He paused, his hand hovering over the paperwork as he looked at the door.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Zhukov: "Enter."

The door creaked open, revealing one of the Soviet officials from Committee for State Security (KGB) named Yuri Ivanovich Orgakov. He stepped inside with a calm but serious expression, carrying a stack of report documents in his hand.

Orgakov: "Comrade General Secretary, I've brought the latest intelligence reports regarding the information about this world."

He went over to Zhukov's desk and put the documents in front of him. Zhukov picked them up and started reading the reports, focusing on the information Orgakov had brought.

As Zhukov skimmed through the documents, a key detail caught his eye. The reports mentioned that the native inhabitants of this world, including the refugees from Qua-Toyne and Quilla of Rodenius continent referred to this planet as Zem. He paused for a moment.
