These are the notes I made for the story before I even started writing it. They're pretty chaotic because, well, I'm chaotic. But here you go:

Hodge basically just adopted demonic Jace (and went into hiding when valentine died—everyone thinks HE murdered Valentine and Jocelyn)
Alec—still gay as ever!!!
Jonathan—basically just some poor tortured soul by this point
AND CLARY IS COMING FOR HER BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! (To kill him) (Probably)
Not sure when demonic Jace pops up yet.......
Might try to fit Simon into the story somehow.......... Just cause it's Simon
Max basically hero-worships Jonathan..... kinda like he did to Jace.
Alec now has Idris-nostalgia (so does Isabelle but she won't talk about it because she is HEARTLESS)

Yep. This was literally all the planning I did before writing it. Normally I don't even do this much. I'm not much of a planner.
And from that I wrote the story so far! Who says you need to plan properly before writing a novel?
