I was shocked for a minute, but then the smell of cologne itself made me feel comfortable with the person. It was my best friend, my comfort person, whom I affectionately call "𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗼𝗼."
I said his nickname, and he hummed in response and hugged me tightly. I allowed myself to find comfort in his embrace. Then I heard him say, "𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗵, 𝗜 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵."
He broke the hug and I replied, "𝗜 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼𝗼, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻." Yeah, you know, since we're at the hospital, we gotta maintain that professional vibe. With that, I see his face getting irritated.
"𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹," I said, reminding him. He walks over to a chair and takes a seat. "𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗻𝗲?" I said, making him even more irritated. It's fun to tease him because he never talks back to me.
Well, that's the benefit of being childhood friends. Even though he knows everything, I walk towards my chair near my desk and sit on it.

Okay, so he knows everything. I guess Dadu or Dadi must have told him. Gosh, they can't keep things to themselves. Now this guy is going to blast me, I'm sure.
