I was so lost in his eyes that I didn't even notice Aunty watching us.

The moment my gaze locked with his, everything else seemed to fade away—until Aunty's presence brought me crashing back to reality.

Suddenly, my senses returned, and we both quickly straightened ourselves, awkwardly stepping away from each other.

Just as I was about to say thank you, a loud scream pierced the air.

The three of us ran to the dining area, only to find Anabiya crying and shaking uncontrollably.

Her whole body trembled as if in shock, and Aziz rushed toward her without hesitation.

Her hands were trembling, her lips moving as she whispered something to herself.

"𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘆𝗮, 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘆𝗮," Aziz called out gently, trying to reach her, but she screamed again, louder this time,

"𝗡𝗼!"

Aziz called out once more, this time gently, "𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘆𝗮." Hearing his voice, she finally realized who it was, and without hesitation, she threw herself into his arms as though her life depended on it.

"𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗶... 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗶," she sobbed, her trembling hands clinging to him tightly. Watching Anabiya in that state caused a deep ache in my heart, and it hurt even more to witness her so fragile.

Aziz stroked her head gently, trying to calm her, but her hands continued to shake as she passed a crumpled piece of paper to him.

Aziz took the paper, and as he read it, I could see the anger building in his eyes, his gaze hard enough to burn through the paper itself.

My attention shifted back to Anabiya just as her grip loosened and her eyes fluttered closed. She fainted.

"𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘆𝗮!" Aziz shouted, his voice filled with panic.

I rushed to her side, quickly instructing, "𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺. 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿." Without wasting a moment, Aziz scooped her up in his arms and hurried toward her room.
