My morning was pretty crazy as I had to appear on two talk shows to promote my album then visit the warehouse where my merch is stored to sign some and check on the progress of the production. I also had an hour long meeting over zoom and a lunch meeting with the label at the Beverly Hills hotel to discuss my album.
The conversation on tour is one that I am wanting to keep aside for the time being because I don't know what to do. The expectation is for me to do a solo tour but with Xavier coming out with a new album and my family wanting to go on tour with me, I'm considering doing one big world tour.
I don't know when I will next release an album since this tour may go into the two year mark so we have time to do our other projects. It is a lot to consider and will take months to plan so I do not want to say something that I cannot commit to in the long run.
It is a little after four in the afternoon and I have about an hour to myself before I have to head to The Forum for my soundcheck since I have a show tonight. Ideally, I would be doing my soundcheck now so that I have time to do a vocal rest but I really needed time to breath because I feel as if I am going out of my mind.
"Your idea of taking a break is lounging on my sofa." Colson gives me a weird look as he walks into his formal living room with a packet of Lays in his hand. "That's stupid."
"You live closer to the stadium and I didn't need to bring anything with me since it's all there." I mumble as I get comfy on the sofa. "Plus I wanted to be somewhere where nobody would find me."
"Alright cool." My brother whips out his phone and snaps a photo of me. "Now everyone will know where to find you."
I narrow my eyes at him, "You better not post that."
"I'm just kidding." He jokes as he chucks his phone on the table and takes a seat on the sofa opposite me. "Not."
