Attempt

Devika just stood there..in the middle of the room..She felt so pathetic...like there was no other feeling beside worthless.

She walked in and just flopped on the bed and buried her head in the pillow

She was feeling so broken inside, She was feeling so insecure...She wanted nothing more than for Arjun to just look at her with love and hold her in his arms and give her the love She want..but She know that he'll never do that as there's still that princess in his mind.

She opened her eyes as she looked at the fruit basket where a knife was kept

She slowly got up and walked over to the bed and picked up the knife. And looked at it in her hands

She thought about all the times She tried to make Arjun to look at her to love her...but all he does is just ignore her and brush her off now this is the only way he can come close to her

She slowly put the knife on her Wrist as a tear ran down through her cheek

she put more pressure on her wrist and cut it with a slash.

Komal her personal hand maid stopped at the sight and just stood there and froze. She was in shock. Just when she was about to run towards Devika, Devika called on ground As Blood was Flowing through her wrist

Komal, ran towards Devika and kneeled Infront and with panic in her voice as she spoke

"Rani Sa,why you did that"

Komal was panicking as she was keeping pressure on the wound which was bleeding too much

Devika just looked down at her wound as tears were falling through her eyes before she pass out

Komal was in full panic mode as she immediately called on the other attendants

"Someone go and call Rana as Arjun and Rajmata Kunti fast"

one of the attendants ran fast towards the meeting room where Arjun and kunti were in meeting and she ran in and called out to them

"Rana sa and Rajmata Sa come with me immediately"

Kunti and Arjun heard this they immediately got up from their places as they both came forward

"What happened.."

Kunti spoke, with worry in her voice.

"Rani sa has attempted suicide"

Attendant spoke and led them towards Devika'a chambers

Arjun and kunti just stood there frozen as they heard those words..their eyes widened, as they quickly followed the attendant towards Devika's chamber

The attendant opened the chamber to reveal Komal sobbing and the floor full with blood. Arjun and Kunti were in shock and horror seeing the sight.. Arjun rushed towards the bed as he kneeled and looked at Devika who was unconscious

As he carefully picked her up and put down on bed before starting the treatment Kunti sat down beside Devika and looked at she looked up at Komal

"What happened..what led to this??"

Komal looked up and spoke wiping her tears

"I don't know....I just saw her. She was holding a knife and her wrist had a cut"

Kunti just froze as she looked up at Arjun who was just focused on giving treatment to Devika

"Why..why did she do that"

kunti spoke with a horrified tone

Komal spoke with tears in her eyes

"I don't know, she..she was just so sad.... and I heard her muttering something like "this would make him come to me" or something"
