Little Mermaid 10

When the old classmate was brought up by Qin Wensheng, Mu Zhizheng was holding on to the glass door and reaching out to touch the dried fish on the table.

Mu Zhi heard voices coming from the stairs. Before Mu Zhi had time to retract his upper body, Qin Wensheng caught him with both the fish and the loot.

Sensing the disapproving look the other party was looking at him, Mu Zhi rushed to speak before Qin Wensheng spoke: "I'm hungry."

He said this so confidently that it was impossible to tell that he had just finished two bowls of rice an hour ago.

Qin Wensheng did not stop him from secretly stuffing the dried fish into his mouth. He just said to the old classmate beside him: "Just like this."

Mu Zhi doesn't particularly like meeting strangers.

The moment Wen Song's eyes fell on him, he bit the dried fish and suddenly got back into the water, swung his tail and hid in his shell bed.

Wen Song had been classmates with Qin Wensheng since high school, and they were classmates when they were in college. Before today, he had always thought that the other person's talk about raising mermaids was somewhat of a joke.

As a result, looking at the obviously modified bedroom in front of him, Wen Song took a breath: "Are you serious?"

The beautiful blue color belonging to the little mermaid was still glowing faintly in the water. Even if Wen Song was obsessed with academics, he knew how rare this kind of mermaid was.

"Um."

Qin Wensheng felt calm. He walked over and gently knocked on the glass with his knuckles, and said hello to the little mermaid who poked his head in and looked over.

"Wen Song," he turned his head and introduced, "I'm here to take a look at your body."

Mu Zhi timidly moved his head forward a little, grabbed the edge of the shell bed, smiled at Wen Song, who was wearing a white windbreaker, and quickly swam to Qin Wensheng.

"But I'm not feeling uncomfortable," the little mermaid muttered, "I checked before and it may be the second growth of a mermaid."

"Second growth is the growth of the mermaid's tail bones before adulthood." After reading the book for the past few days, Qin Wensheng understood this aspect better than Mu Zhi. "This is a very painful thing that will not allow the fish to grow. You have the energy to eat four meals a day."

Mu Zhi tried to defend himself: "Maybe I am a special case among mermaids, and only when I have enough food can I have the strength to grow taller."

Looking at the package of dried fish on the table that was missing most of it, Qin Wensheng felt helpless: "Whether you are a special case or not, let him check it for you."

"It won't be uncomfortable," he added, "just a routine checkup."

Seeing that Mu Zhi was still resisting, Qin Wensheng had no choice but to hold the bag of dried fish in his hand, shake it, and coaxed: "If you come out, this bag will be yours this afternoon."

Mu Zhi hesitated for a moment. He lay on the glass and glanced at the small box Wen Song was holding, then reluctantly swam to the glass door with his tail swung.

Wen Song, who was standing at the door, had held many meetings during his time abroad. He had completely controlled his expression just now.

But after seeing Qin Wensheng gently pick up the mermaid from the water, and the latter consciously and affectionately hugging his neck, Wen Song couldn't help but break down from the perfect expression on his face.
