Just then the door opens and her work best friend walks in

"Hey! I'm here, your day is officially 100x better!"

y/n gets up and walks towards her friend, who's hanging her stuff on the coat rack

"I highly doubt my day could be any better than it is, but I always love slacking off with you!"

They hug

"Someone seems in an extremely good mood"

"You wouldn't believe me even if you were here with me"

"Oooo what happened!?"

"Go clock in and I'll tell you all about it"

Her friend clocks in, y/n fills her in on what happened. And promised not to tell anyone.

"Do you really think he'll come back tomorrow?"

"I doubt it. I probably scared him away. He walks into a place he's never been and the first thing he hears is a girl singing his song. He was probably worried I was some crazy fan and didn't wanna get his location leaked. Besides, he's most likely scarred for life. I wasn't doing his song any justice"

Her friend laughs at her

"It's not funny!" she smacks her friend
