"It is nice to meet you young man, this is my wife Seltzer Water Pepper and my name is Sweetener Pepper, but a fine man like yourself can call me Sweetener." Dr. Pepper's dad chimed. "What happened here anyways? And how do you know each other?" Mama Pepper asked. "Well, I know Dr. Pepper from school and saw that she was having trouble over here so I thought I would come help out." replied Pepsi. "Yeah I almost fell on all of the fruit, he saved me some embarrassment." added Dr. Pepper, "What were you doing here alone anyways?" "Well, my dad is out of town so I had to come here to get food to make myself dinner." responded Pepsi. Mrs. Pepper interrupts, "Your eating alone?? No you poor thing, just come have dinner with us!" "Oh! That's a very kind offer are you sure? I don't want to intrude!" Pepsi replied. Dr. Pepper whispered to her mom, "Mom stop your being weiirdddd." "Of course son! You won't intrude! Come try my wife's apples! Their the best!" Mr. Pepper added. "Well alright I'll be there! What time?" Pepsi asked. "Right about now puddin' come on now and we will give you a ride there!" Mrs. Pepper pointed towards the door. "Well alright then!" Pepsi agreed. As they were walking toward the door Dr. Pepper leaned over and whispered to Pepsi, "I'm sorryyy about this." Pepsi softly smiled at Dr. Peppers pink face.
