"Sukuna~" Yuuji sung out as he slid open the door to Sukuna's room. For the past two days he's been doing nothing but hanging around outside, checking on tomatoes, talking with the servants and even helping with other chores.

For him, this was the most entertainment he could possibly get, and he wouldn't dare consider going to meet up with Gojo without him.

He got close to the curse who sat upright with his eyes closed. Was he still not awake?

"Sukuna-sama~ Sukuna-sama~" He chanted as he bent over Sukuna's sleeping body, prying open his second eye with his fingers.

"Let's play!" He joked, as he looked into the glazed over red eye that seemingly looked back at him.

"That's not a good idea, sir

"That's not a good idea, sir." The stern voice scaring him out of his playful mood as he jumped back to look at Uraume who stood calmly, arms crossed with a blank expression on their face.

"Why isn't he awake yet?" Itadori inquired with a cautious look on his face. He was still unsure about everyone in this temple even after he got close to a few of them. Uraume in particular made him uneasy. Maybe it was knowing that they could easily overpower him.

"He said two days, so why?"

"Clearly we overestimated his regeneration ability. Unfortunately, he's not back to his original form yet and I am afraid if we wake him before he's fully recovered, we might have a problem."

Yuuji sighed, looking back at the curse. He was worried this might happen. Has the day come where Sukuna will have to consume... He shook his head. He didn't even want to think about it.

"Lunch should be ready in an hour, I will come for you when it is ready." Uraume bowed before taking their leave, closing the door behind them.

Yuuji looked back at the curse who was still sleeping. he couldn't help but notice that he always sat up in an uncomfortable position even when sleeping. A smile began to creep on his face as he got an idea, running out of the room to go look for someone.

"Akari!" He called out as he ran towards the girl who had been carrying folded towels to his room. She bowed upon seeing him and waited for him to catch up.

"How can I help?" She asked softly.

"Sukuna... does he by any chance have a futon? I mean- big enough for... all of him?" She paused for a moment to think. The king hardly ever lays down, she can't think of any reason that he would need one.

"I think we do actually have one. Although lord Sukuna never uses it. Would you like me to bring it for you?"

"Yes! That would be great." She nodded with understanding, bowing before she left. Everyone treated him as if he were on a higher level than them. It was uncomfortable to know that the only reason they treated him like this was because they were scared of Sukuna.
