Chapter XI: Located Lovers
I was cheated by you and I think you know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I don't know how but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire within my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything, whoa
Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again
My my, just how much I've missed you?
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know
My my, I should've not let you go

Parents running after ignorant small children, tired children running after confused, ageing parents, heavy bags were loaded onto belts. A little boy screamed at the top of his lungs. Sophie zoned it all out. Everything was blurred and she could only see the foot she placed in front of the other and she could only hear her own fast breathing and the stinging adrenaline pumping through her body and the needle halfway through her heart. She had one goal, and that was to sit down on that plane and get to London as fast as she could. When Sam called her, she had acted out of instinct. She had gotten the information, hung up the phone, grabbed a bag of clothes, and her passport. She was out the door within three minutes. Sitting on the flight was excruciating. She had to turn off her phone, she had to listen to the flight-attendants do their safety-routine and offer her drinks and candy and crisps and magazines with perfume. She didn't know what kind of world she would land in once the flight touched the ground again.

"Takotsubo cardiomyopathy."
"Taco-what now?" Sam said, confused.
"Also called, stress-induced cardiomyopathy."
"Yeah, that doesn't..." Sam sighed. He looked around the waiting-room at his whole family, pacing, stress-eating, frantically looking at him to get some answers why Tom had disappeared through two doors with a bunch of doctors four hours ago. Sam rubbed his eyes in exhaustion.
"He will be okay." The doctor said, only half-assuring.
"When can we see him?" Sam's mother now approached them with red eyes. She was interrupted by a frantic voice barging into the room.
"Where is he?" Sophie cried at Sam, who was totally thrown off.
"Sophie!?" He exclaimed and ran up to her. He grabbed her arms as if to stabilise her panic.
"Where is he?" She said, now quieter, and looked at Sam's face to try to decipher what he wasn't telling her.
"Did you fly all the way from home?" Sam asked and hugged her. "Your body is shaking."
"Where is he, Sam?" Sophie asked, trying to sound normal, but her voice was shaking.
"He is okay." The doctor said. "One of you can see him now."
