13. ITS OFFICIAL!!!!!!

Kaidou looked up, and for the first time, Aren saw him in a different way. How damn good Shun was with words and conveying his feelings. His heart was all but mush, now filled with a warmth, slowly travelling its way up to his throat.

And all he could say was, "Oh shit, Shun." While his eyes began to sting. Even though he loved Shun so much that it felt like it would soon boil out of his body, how in the world could he ever explain that?

Kaidou reached an arm out from under the towel, carefully placing it on the back of his neck. Revealing his wet shirt clinging to his stomach, so tight that Aren had to keep his eyes down. "Well I spent all day trying to figure out how to word it, so I'm glad it had the right effect."
Kuboyasu bit his lip feeling a smile tug at them, "You're not just saying this?"
"Do you seriously think I would walk in this rain to lie, just so I didn't hurt your feelings?" Kaidou looked at him with a deadly serious expression. And as Kuboyasu glazed over every single bit of clothing that had been dripping with water, he came to his conclusion.
"No." He laughed. "No you wouldn't."

So Shun really did like him back? This entire time they had liked each other, kissing each other purely because they wanted to. Aren then realised, that it didn't have to come to an end. They could do all the things that he wanted to do with Shun, and it could be real.

He looked over at him sitting on the couch, the towel still hugged tight around his body. Damp spots had dried in the warm air, heating his skin with it. Aren wanted to go over and see just how hot his skin was cupped between his fingers. Feel Shun's hot breathe against his skin, against his mouth. He wanted Shun to say all those nice things to him again so the warmth would trickle its way into his chest until all that filled him was love.

Aren wanted to finally be able to say how much he loved Shun. Everything about him and all that he did. How gorgeous and perfect he was and all of the little things he adored. He wanted to treasure every moment, every action. And maybe now he could do that comfortably with Shun. And it could potentially start right now.

"Do you want to put that practice to good use?"

Kaidou's eyes widened as a smile slowly grew on his face. "Already?" Kuboyasu walked until he stood in front of Kaidou, towering over him still sitting. Shit he was cute.
Kuboyasu leaned down, lacing a hand around the back of Shun's head. He didn't make any other move, waiting to see what Shun would do. His eyes roamed over his face, latching a hand to his shoulder. He moved in closer, but Aren leaned away only slightly.

"Not here." He was giddy with excitement, had given up on containing his smile.
Shun leaned back with a grumble. "What do you mean." Aren had to rest a knee on the side of his thigh, leaning his body over Shun's. The towel was damp and rough against his skin.

Aren pulled Shun's neck close, pushing an airy laughter against his mouth. Shun made no movements, waiting for him to do something.
Their lips grazed as he spoke, "We're gonna do something real romantic." Aren couldn't stop himself, pushing his lips to Shun's only for a moment. He wasn't all that good with teasing when he wanted it just as badly.

"Come on." Aren grabbed Shun's hand, which was soft and had small lines and creases still from the water. Shun flicked the towel off of himself as he was hauled to his feet with a laugh. Aren opened the front door, rain pounding onto the front yard making puddles in the path.
"Aren I just got mostly dry." Shun whined still holding tightly to his hand. He looked up at Aren, a hint of a smile on his face.

Aren bent down to his face, "It'll be fun, Shun." Flashing a devious smile he waited until he sighed before dragging him outside. They laughed and screeched as the heavy droplets hit them, quickly soaking their clothing and faces.
