CHAPTER 1 - Meet my people

Ankitha's pov :

Anki , come on wake up , if we are being late , Anirudh will never leave us before lunch , I have a lunch date with Sid , Ankitha . Please wake up right now'', guys meet my best friend and an annoying sister from another mother RIYA .

''Fine , fine , I'm up'', I said sleepily and went into the bathroom to do my morning chores . In this mean time , I'll tell about me and my set of people , I'm Ankitha Srinivasan , turned 22 a month before and I'm a playback singer by profession debuted at the age of 19 . I have a handful of people who support , protect and pamper me with all the love , you might ask why , because I'm the youngest in our family and in our gang . Let me tell you about our gang , we are 5 people , which includes Ani who is Anirudh , a composer and a singer , Adi who is hiphop tamizha on-screen , a composer , an actor and a singer by profession , Riya and me who are singers and here comes the mother of the group Anushka didi . You might wonder what a famous bollywood actress doing here but believe me , di is the most happening person of the group .

Enough intros , if I'm not going out , Riya will strangle me to death .

I went downstairs seeing Riya in the dinning table and I sat next to Riya eating my breakfast. ''Thank god , Riya came to wake you up , or else I would have lost my voice shouting to you'' my amma said

''Don't team up against my daughter, she might be tired that is why she overslept'', my appa said sitting next to me with a loving pat on my head ''You have to come home for lunch'', amma warned him

''Don't worry appa , I'll cook for you'' I said giving him a thumbs up''Yea , what if she goes to her in law's house ? '', amma retorted back''Seriously ma ?! Started early in the morning ? '', I groaned

"It's 9.30 in the morning and not early in the morning" Riya said and received a death glare from me.My phone started ringing , well that's Nush di .''Hello di ! ''

''Hello , Ankitha . It's Jiju'' it was virat jiju.'

'Yea jiju , tell me and why are you calling from di's phone ?''

''Your di told me too''

''Don't act like you obey all my words, vi'' Nush di fired

''Di , I really feel bad for jiju , you are scary in phone and poor jiju handling you in real'' I said and regretted immediately , thinking what i got myself into.

''Acha , fine , so that is how it goes , you enjoy talking to your jiju , I'm hanging up''Di is really in fire today .''Di , listen, --- beep beep---'' I didn't even complete she hanged up .

I was telling Riya about the call and vi jiju called from his phone.''Jiju , why is she in such a bad mood today ?'' I asked him

''Just work stuff , you know , don't worry , she'll cool down , I called you to know if you guys are free for the weekend'' he said

''Yea for Nush di's birthday , right ?''I asked as he replied with a hum''I have a recording there jiju , so I will come and Riya is free'' "What about the boys ?" "I'll ask them and will tell you , jiju''

''Sure Anks , call me then , bye''

''Jiju , no Anks , plsss''

''You are Anks , bye''

''Whatever🙄''The phone call came to an end.''Shall we go ? Ani called me already'' Riya asked and we left the home to Ani's studio

3rd person pov :-

''Have you asked about the alliance, did kumar said anything?'' Kumar is the one who is in charge of Ankitha's alliance

''He is still searching'', Srinivasan said , getting ready in his police uniform
