Tucker noticed Miranda's behavior well before they got married and he eventually thought she would come around to him, however in his presence she always looked as if she wanted to be elsewhere.

On the day of the wedding, he had the guards look up the man who she held eye contact with and carried on a silent conversation. Yet, they only reported that he was the town's doctor. His father was a doctor and his brother was a teacher. There wasn't any information to show that he was a part of misconduct and wrongdoing, so Tucker threw it to the back of his mind.

However, now as he paced the floor of her bedroom chambers. It was late at night and he called himself being nice and was going to bring her dessert from the kitchen. He had awoken with a sweet tooth and was going to see if she was still up but discovered the room to be empty.

Tucker asked the maids and Governess where was she and no one had a clue.

Summoning a pair of guards to his side, Tucker issued his orders with a firm tone. "Find Queen Miranda," he instructed, his voice low and steely. "Search every corner of the palace grounds. I want to know where she is and who she's with."

He wasn't going to turn a blind eye to Miranda's indiscretions and she wasn't going to make a mockery of him and his kingdom.

After a few hours, the guards came back and despite the efforts, they found no sight of her.

"My lord we did not find her," The guard informed and Tucker gritted.

"Okay, say no word of this to anyone. Ask the maids and Governess to keep this a secret. We will eventually catch her in the act but not if she knows we are on to her. As for now during the daylight go into town and ask of their relationship amongst the commoners and see what turns up. That is all. You may leave my presence."

"Yes, Your Highness,"

Miranda came back home after Ben left her at the entrance of the tunnel. She rubbed her stomach lightly and thought about this situation. She was just so excited to be free and the light at the end of the tunnel was coming soon. She went to sleep at ease knowing that all of this was to be behind her in merely a week.

The following morning Tucker sat in his meeting room and waited on his guards.

"My Lord tis is Lady Elizabeth from the town Market Square. She said that she can attest to the sighting of the queen in the market with the Doctor."

"Your Majesty," Elizabeth spoke before curtsying.

"What is the information you have," Tucker asked.

"King, can I offer a trade?"

"You come to gamble in my presence." He chuckled.

"No not at all my lord. I just recognize an opportunity when I see one. I have information and you are the king. You can help me and I can help you."

"Fine, what is it?"

"I wish to have Dr. Ben Warren as my husband and you can make it so. Put together a match."

"Deal," Tucker agreed. That gets him out of his hair once and for all.

"I have seen Queen Miranda and Benjamin together out in the market square. They have bought candy from my shop but they mostly were seen going to the library and she has accompanied him on visits to his patients. I believe the Queen once aspired to be a nurse and was studying with him."

" And Nightly visits?" Tucker asked.

"I have no knowledge of the nightly visits. However, I went to see him one night and the Queen was not in his presence."
