Madison's POV
As I walked down the stairs in tears I heard someone call my name, I turned to see who was standing at the top of the stairs but the person was faceless.
I tried to look closely but the person pushed me down the stairs, I screamed as I rowed down the stairs.
I fell at the last stairs in my pool of blood, I looked up to see the chandelier falling from the ceiling, falling towards me.
I closed my eyes waiting for the impact but nothing. When I tried opening my eyes, I couldn't, I tried moving my body but I couldn't, I felt someone trying to suffocate me, and I managed to open my eyes.
I saw a faceless person drop a pillow on the floor and run out of the room while some nurses ran inside the room. I tried to follow the faceless person outside but I heard Violet's voice calling my name.

I slowly opened my eyes to see Ryan crying, Violet calling my name repeatedly, and tapping on my face. I sat straight on my bed, carried Ryan in my arms, and stopped his crying.
"Are you okay?" Violet asked, apparently concerned.
"Yes, why?" I gently put Ryan on the bed the moment he fell asleep.
"You were screaming so loud that you even woke Ryan up," I stood up from the bed quietly, so Ryan wouldn't wake up and walked out of the room to the kitchen, Violet following behind.
"I did? I don't really know I was sleeping," I took two energy drinks from the fridge and handed Violet one.
"Thanks," Violet took it from my hand, opened it, and sat on the couch.
"Did I say anything in particular?" I took a sip from my energy drink.
"Not really but you were finding it really hard to breathe," I sat near Violet.
"Vio, did a chandelier ever fall on me?" I asked curiously.
"Why?" Violet dropped her drink on the table.
"Have just been having this weird dream of someone pushing me down the stairs and a chandelier falling on me," I took a sip of my drink waiting for her response.
"That's why it's just a dream," Violet chuckled nervously.
"Where were you on the day of my car accident? And what exactly caused the accident?" I asked the question that has been on my mind recently.
Violet bit her lower lip as if thinking of the exact words to say, "Hmmm.." she trails off, "I...hmm…I had work to do at the hotel, so I left both you and Xavier at the ice cream shop."
The story seemed believable but a part of me wasn't buying it, I faked a smile on my face waiting for her to continue.
"You and Xavier fought on that day, you drove off with his car, and hours later, an accident was reported and you were transported to Xavier's hospital by ambulance." Violet played with her hair while explaining the situation to me.
"Okay, then why did I have to get so much facial surgery?" I clicked my tongue.
"The accident destroyed your face," Violet said, making a small smirk appear on my face, I nodded my head.
"Okay then, am off to bed," I rolled my eyes at Violet's story, I stood up and walked to my room. I entered my room and lay down next to Ryan.
Nothing felt right, right from the moment I woke up till date and the story doesn't align. I was in an accident and was rushed to Xavier's hospital, I had a premature birth, and I had to undergo surgery and physical therapy.
My child died from a medical condition yet I am not allowed to see my child and my medical records, I can't have access to them just because Xavier is the director of the hospital and his family owns it.
I really want to know what exactly caused my accident. There is an article online about my accident from five years ago but it doesn't sit right with me.
******
"Mummy are taking me to school?" Ryan ran into the kitchen dressed in his school uniform.I picked him up from the floor and put him on the counter, "No baby, daddy is taking you to school," I put a slice of apple in his mouth.
I smiled at Ryan. I am happy Ryan is staying with me now. He has always stayed with his dad Xavier because of my health but now I am okay and he can stay with me.
"You looked like you barely got any sleep," Violet walked into the kitchen in
"I didn't, was busy online," I passed her a glass of water.
"Searching about your accident?" Violet yawned and nodded her head.
"Yep," I turned to see Ryan choking, his face turning red and he was unable to breathe. I ran to him and carried him in my arms.
"Ryan! Ryan! Violet what is going on?" I cried out with Ryan in my arms.
Violet used her eyes to look around the kitchen until her eyes fell on the bowl of apple on the counter.
Violet picked it up, "Did you give him this?"
"The Apple? Yes, I did," On cue, Xavier entered the house.
"You did what!" Xavier took Ryan from my arms and dashed out of the house, Violet and I followed him. Xavier got to his car, put Ryan on the chair, brought out an injection, and gave it to Ryan.
I placed my hand on my head as I was feeling pain, the scene before me looked familiar but it was a faceless naked woman giving the injection.
"He was given apple juice and he is allergic to apples, Madison please give him this injection before it's too late," I unconsciously said.
"What did you just say?" Xavier paused and looked at me.
"Huh? I didn't say anything," I looked at them because I am sure I didn't say anything.
"You said something about an injection," Violet insisted.
"No, I didn't," I insisted.
Xavier stared at me for a brief moment, "okay then, I guess it was our imagination."
Xavier entered the car, Violet and I entered, and the car ride was silent on the way to the hospital.
"Why didn't you tell me Ryan was allergic to apples?" I broke the silence.
"I did, maybe you were focusing on yourself rather than listening," Xavier spat out bitterly.
"If anything, I mean anything happens to my son, I promise," Xavier paused, his hands tightening around the steering wheel.
"Not as if he is your child," I sneered, Xavier stepped on the brakes.
