Chris: Last time on Total Drama Island, 23 campers arrived and learned that they'll be spending the next eight weeks at a crusty old summer camp. The campers were faced with their first challenge, jumping off a cliff into shark-infested waters. And while most campers took the plunge, a few were forced to wear the dreaded chicken hat.
Scenes flash by showing the first challenge, the campers plunging into the water, Jonathan punching a shark as well as the few moments of when the contestants arrived.
Chris: At the campfire ceremony, it all came down to two campers. Courtney has experience as a C.I.T. In summer camp but refused to jump, and Ezekiel managed to tick off every female contestant at the camp with his sexist comments about women. In the end, the first camper voted off Total Drama Island was Ezekiel, proving that home schooling and reality t.v. don't really mix.
The scene flashes to show Ezekiel walking down the dock saddened as he leaves on the Boat of Losers.

The scene changes to show Chris walking up to the quiet cabins where he wickedly smirks as he pulls out an airhorn and put it up to a megaphone resting in his other hand.

Setting off the airhorn, Leshawna is seen jolting up out of bed, slamming her forehead up on the bunk above her.
Leshawna: Ow! It's 7:00 in the morning. Do I look like a farmer to you?!
The contestants all stood outside the cabins as more than half of them look to be still tired having being woken up in such a rude manner. Cody stands next to Eva who was listening to music on her MP3 player as Cody tries to touch it, Eva notices this as she snapped her teeth at him before growling like an animal. Chris addressed the campers with a happy face.
Chris: Morning! Hope you slept well.
Heather: Hi, Chris. You look really buff in those shorts.
Chris: I know. Okay, I hope you're all ready because your next challenge begins in exactly one minute.
Owen: Oh, excuse me. I don't know if that's enough time to eat breakfast.
Chris patted Owen on the shoulder as he walked past him with a smirk.
Chris: Oh, you'll get breakfast, Owen, right after you complete your 20 kilometer run around the lake.
Eva: Oh, so you're funny now. You know, what I think would be funny...?!
