This will only be in Sophie and Keefe's POV so after this chapter it will be alternating between the 2 so next is Keefe and then Sophie ect. (In the edit I love how one of pictures with the effect makes it look like Nico is drinking 2 goblets of wine)

I landed infront of the Empire State Building and someone around my age with sea green eyes and raven coloured hair and a blonde with grey eyes. (if u comment where these people r from u get a prize)

"Hi do you know where a cafe it?" I asked the couple.

"Hello, yes if u go down this street and make a right at the lights it'll be at the corner," The blonde directed.

"Thank you!" I called over my shoulder as I started running.

I ate, spending the little money I had on getting canned food. (She can go to a BBQ at a park and cook the food)

I spent the next few days sleeping infront of shops for the shelter but got banned after the manager got complaints about me.

I decided to sleep on the street with Iggy who was constantly taking stuff and leaving me to shoulder the blame because I can't just say "Yeah sorry my imp stole your ____" because that's just makes me sound insane.

"Why is she sleeping on the street?" A girls voice asked.

"Maybe she's a vagrant?" A cheeky boys voice suggested

"Shut up Leo she's waking up!" A female voice scolded.

When my eyes opened I saw 4 blobs looking at me.

"Who the fuck are you?" I asked, I swear when I'm drowsy because my filter disappears.

"Hello I'm Lauren and this is Oliver, Estelle and Leo!" The girls voice matched the first voice I heard.

So the first voice was Lauren, Leo must've been the second because he looks cheeky like the voice had sounded, Estelle must've been the last voice which means Oliver is the one I don't know.

"Um ok, hi I guess what brings you to this 'fine' street?" I used air quotes to convey my sarcasm.

She just smiled and shook her head.

"No reason have a nice day!" She quickly dragged their friends by the sleeve away and I heard snippets of their conversation.

"What'd you do that for?!" Leo whisper-hissed.

"Yeah she could've been one of us!" Oliver chimed in.

"She looks to weak to be one of us," Lauren replied

"No idiot they mean what we are not our group!" Estelle informed her with nods from the boys.

"What do you mean 'one of us'?" In a flash I was standing in front of them.

"Nothing!" They all said in unison.

Mhm. I thought.

"Sophie Foster what a pleasure!" A recognisable voice called from behind me.

"Alvar! The pleasure is mine, why are you stalking me like the creep you are on this magnificent day when you have soo many other things you could do?" I said with mock confusion with an undertone of sarcasm.

"Gisella sent me for you, she thinks that after your conviction to the murder of that Heks girl has made you switch sides and eager for revenge," He smirked.

"Gods how many times do I need to tell you all. I. Did. Not. Murder. Stina. Heks! At this point I'm ready to fight the people, who say that, in fact let's start with you! I'll give you a beating with a side of injuries and insults for dessert!" I smirked back before beating him to a pulp.

After that I threw some insults "That one Vacker", "The one failure of the Vacker family", "So sad that you had to join the rebels just to feel a sliver of importance and self-worth."

I then grabbed his path finder and made a beam of light that whisked him away.

I started partying before I turned around.

Fuck...

"What the hell!" Oliver shouted, I had forgotten we had an audience.

I gathered all of the power I could muster to try this thing I had read about in Percy Jackson.

"You guys never saw Alvar appear and our fight instead we had a conversation about books, Percy Jackson was the main book we conversed about!" I snapped my fingers.

Theirs eyes glazed over before focusing.

"Yeah I think Percy Jackson is the best!" Oliver cheered.

Holy shit that actually worked! I felt giddy like Silveny but I quickly focused.

"Well I'll see you around!" I grinned before walking away, Iggy sleeping in the front pocket of my bag
