Who am I and why am I writing this?
I came into the world with strong interests in self help, personal development and spirituality and a love for self exploration, talking and writing about these things. And assisting others. I consider myself to be a Catalyst.
I have come to believe that much of our conditioning and " normal" reactions to occurrences are limiting, and may be painful.
