leah cradled me in her arms as I lightly sobbed into her neck she walked into the car with me still sitting on her lap sobbing. this time she was in the passenger seat and lucy was in the driver's seat. I hear the engine start up and we begin to drive away we drive for about 20 minutes my crying has slowed down and ive fallen asleep. the car comes to a halt Lucy unlocks the door and stands up I have fell asleep on leah so she stands up still carrying me and takes me inside. she brings me to the spare bedroom and places me down tucking me in before she leaves "you're safe with me" she whispers while walking away

I walk downstairs and sit down next to Lucy some of the girls come over and I explain y/n situation to them "what should I do" I say with desperation clear in my voice "while you could Foster her if you want" Beth says "what if she doesn't Want that though" I say in response to what beth had said "just give it a shot even if she doesn't agree" less says I nod my head while thinking about what they've said my head is going 100 mph I really need to keep this kid safe I think as I dial in social services number I hear the ringtone and I put it on speaker "hello your calling social services" "hello my name is leah Williamson and I'm calling regarding Fostering a child y/n" "oh yes she's just been placed back in our system but we aren't sure where she is" " this may seem awkward but she's with me she broke down after getting kicked out so I took her in" "ok Mrs Williamson if you're sure you want to look after y/n then you can well have a review in a few months" a smile appeared on my face as I hear her words I couldn't be more exited

y/n walks down the stairs "I'm sorry for invading your place ill just go" she says as her eyes glazed over like glass "no you're staying with me im your new guardian " i says with pride filling my voice. I walk her towards the sofa and I begin to online shop with her the girls started leaving one by one until is was only me and y/n left "hey y/n I'm going to bed if you need anything just knock" leah says while putting some of the clothes she doesn't wear in my new room so I have some things before the delivery's arrive I nod to show her that I acknowledged what she said and she walks back to her room and gets ready for bed.
