To sum it up, the meetings basically to hype the Clan up for Konoha's highly regarded, highly esteemed Twilight Noble Banquet. It's basically a 6-hour event where every single fucking Clan in Konoha is invited to drink, eat and socialize in a massive venue. Me and Itachi weren't able to go for being too young, but fathers saw it the right for us to finally make our debut.
(I could be doing so many more productive things right now...)
Every 3 years, Konoha hosts a banquet between everyone of their Clan's ever since the death of the First Hokage brought everyone together or something.
