I sit on top of the highest of the 12 Ethereal Peaks as the sun rises across the land.

(Huh? How long have I been here?)

I look around the runic sun symbol I'm sitting on, taking in every glowing ancient rune.

(9 months... 3 more to go until I reach... the Pinnacle Enlightenment State.)

I go back into my "slumper," feeling the breeze upturn every particle in the air, every insect huddling around me as my energy course in&out of the nearby environment like a healthy lung.

*Two Days into Training*
Illumi Pov:
I sit next to a fire grilling a large insect. My training has been going great, I believe, in the next week or so, so I'll be able to go back to Konoha... which is what I would say if I actually had any talent for Senjutsu.

The Great Toad Sage Gamamaru appears behind him with his same never changing smile on his face.

"Be honest with me, Gueezer... I don't have any talent for Senjutsu, do I?"

The old toad stops in his tracks with a long pause, thinking about what I just told him.

"What is your concept of the different types of sages in this world?"

"I mean, there's Toad, Snake, and Slug Sages, right?"

"Well, you'd be correct on a general sense, but it's not who you learned Senjutsu from. It's what path you choose after."

"For example, a human that learned Senjutsu from one of our finest toads ended up attaining Sagedom but due to his ruff life as a Shinobi and unbalanced lifestyle instead of attaining the same Sagedom as his teacher he attained a power representing himself, Muladhara."

(Is he talking about Jiraiya?)
