Annabeth Chase- the Huntress(Percy Jackson story)

I talk to Artemis

Thalia's POV
I was getting worried about Annabeth.
The Hunt and I came to camp, and I decided to go check on her. I walked into the cabin and saw a pool of blood.
Annabeth.
"Annabeth!"
Annabeth was on the floor, covered in cuts and laying in a pool of her own blood.
I lifted her up as best I could and ran to the infirmary.
"I need a healer over here."
Someone ran over and it was none other, than Will Solace.
"Thalia, what happened?!"
"I don't know, I just walked into the cabin and found her like this! Will, can you help her?!"
"Mostly. The only thing I can't do is stop her from harming her self and I can't stop the depression. I'll stop the bleeding and bandage her up. You can stay with her if you'd like."
I nodded and walked by her bed, then sat down.

3 HOURS LATER....... ANNABETH IS AWAKE................

I was still by her side.
I look over at Annabeth, and see she is up and trying to sit up.
"Thalia? What happened? How did I get here?"
"Wow, calm down Annie. I found you in your cabin, on the floor, in a pool of your blood. You hit a nerve when you cut yourself and it caused you to black out. I brought you here three hours ago. Why would you cut yourself?"
"It's the only thing that eased the depression. Nothing felt real, that felt real."
"Ok. Well until you manage to stop, I'm gonna follow you around."

"You won't need to."

"And why is that?"

"I want to join the hunt."
That left me in complete shock.
Why would she want to join the hunt. She loves Percy. Then it hit me. She wants to get away.
"Alright. I'll go get Artemis."

I walked over to Artemis' tent and heard a voice.
"Come in Thalia."
"Thank you M'lady. It seems I have found a new recruit."
"And who might that be?"
"Annabeth Chase."
"Where is she?"
"The infirmary."
"I will talk to her and let you know."
"Of course. Thank you M'lady."

1 HOUR LATER

Artemis' POV

After an hour of talking to Annabeth about her decision, I asked her,
"Do you have any final wish before you take the oath?"
"Yes. I would forget any memory I have of Percy Jackson."
Suddenly, Athena appeared next to Annabeth.
"Annabeth dear, are you sure you want to do this. You don't have to forget."

"I won't be able to live if I remember. Please. I want to do this. Percy once told me that if anything ever happened to him, that I need to move on and make myself happy. This is what he would have wanted. I'm ready."
I nodded and held out a head band as Annabeth recited the oath.
"I, Annabeth Chase, pledge myself to the Goddess Artemis. I turn my back on the company of men, accept eternal maidenhood, and join the hunt."
"Do you accept your mind being erased of Percy Jackson?"
"Yes."
"Do you accept Immortality?"
"Yes."
I couldn't help but feel sad as I erased her entire memory of Percy. I tried to keep on a smile. I placed the band on her head and she glowed. She had the brightest smile like a star.
"Welcome Annabeth Chase, Daughter of Athena, Huntress."
"Thank you M'lady. I am truly honored to apart of the Hunters."
