Mayank and Adi got enough relief after Adi's coming. He said after checking Abhi that there are some minor issues but he can handle. Most probably C-section will needed instead of normal delivery. If proper care and complete bedrest will be taken, no major problem will occur in childbirth.
Drita doesn't let Abhi do any household work, even her baby is so little, too she takes full care of Amy and Dandy. The babies too don't bother their papa, but eat by themselves, study at proper time, Amy helps her brother in clothing, soothes when he falls down and starts screaming. Mayank has official works, he gets time after evening. But he spends full time on Abhi that much he gets. Abhi has some eccentric wishes he shares with his husband--
"Can you take me India after this' birth (showing at belly)?"
"Why India ? You loved here's nature naa ?"
"Yes once I loved. But now I wanna show my babies their root, where our love's first blossom was bloomed into complete flower. That paddy field, small cricket ground, muddy roads, our known people -- I miss everything so much. We never met our family for ten years! this city is indeed beautiful but not more than our motherland. Is it ?"
"No baby, never. Ok, as you wish. We'll go back to our country, raise our children at their own ground..."
Adi often comes to check Abhi for awhile, not spends unnecessary time, rejects Abhi's request for dinner with them. His previous house of Park City is his address now. Not for using for a long time the house's condition isn't good, soot and cobweb almost covered the rooms. Slides of windows are broken, curtains teared apart.

The doctor is repairing these a bit just to exist there. Cleaning the dusts, throwing away unnecessary things, hands are stopping for some belongings like Shalini's sindoor container, bangles, Gajras etc. He found two handmade bead bangles, small in size -- it's clear those are not Shalini's. Did she make those for her unborn child ? Adi didn't throw them away, took in pocket to see in a while. He wants to forget Shalini but not his child. The bangles will remind him about them.
But is it true at all ? Does he really wanna forget Shalini ? Doesn't he wanna feel Shalu's touch through those bangles ? He never loved her, but gave up himself to her whenever he got the stubborn, toxic girl in his subconscious mind. Ten years passed, today too he's snuggling on the bed where Shalini once sitting in Indian's bride attire, satisfying Adi with every cell of her body. In this house after ten long years the dormant wish of getting back Shalini activated again, he prayed again to the almighty for the impossible.
The funny fact is he lived in with her just for a few months. If he never loved her, why the craving for her pushing the doctor to pray ?
