dream | chapter 2 - part 2

The road trip was 3 hours long. Bella was not used to having company much less being in a crowded car for 3 hours. She decided it would be best if she just listened to music and stared out the window. It was difficult since the others have blasted some pop songs. She didn't mind she just did not know how to engange with the others. The others sang their hearts out. Mina realized this and thought it would be best for her to leave Bella alone.

The road trip came to an end. They rented out a cabin for 2 days and decided they would go to a camping site the last day. The cabin had 2 rooms. A window rooftop, a view of the rivers and was up high in the mountains. It had a cozy modern look to it. Black exterior and large tall windows. Mina loved this. It was far away from city light. That meant she would see the stars better and take pictures through her camera. They made sure to come midday, so they would not sleep through the nighsky.

"Wow! This place is beatiful." Mina said.

"I know right! I cannot believe it oly cost 50 bucks per night." Jordan said.

"Yeah for this view people would pay hundreds." Liv said.

"You would be able to see the stars better here." Bella said.

"Yes! That's what I am most excited about." Mina said.

"Oh no don't tell me your obsessed with space too!" Jordan said jokingly".

"It is beatiful I could talk about it for day's, but I am not obsessed." Bella said.

"Seems like you are obsessed." Priya said.

Bella was happy that Bella got to talk to the others, and most of all that she would love to talk about space. Maybe she had finally to talk about her love for space. Perhaps the crazy dream she had.

They settled in the cabin. Priya and Jordan would share a room. Liv would sleep in the living room. If Liv and Priya did not separate they would stay up the whole night talking and talking. Bella and Mina would share a room. Mina obviously picked the room with the biggest windows and the one with a window roof. Mina went to set up her telescope and got her camera. She had to put it just in time. Outside Bella was sketching out the view and started painting.

"You can paint, huh?" Priya said in amazment.

"Yes it's a small hobby." Bella said.

"I wish I could!" Priya said.

"Here let me sketch something out for you and I will try teaching you." Bella said.

"No way! Really? Thanks." Priya said in gratitude.

Bella sketched out a nearby flower. She told Priya to start out with the lightest colors of the flowers. After that she can do lightly darker colors and keep doing shadows until she is done. Priya did a base color than before she moved on to any other color she would ask Bella if she was doing it right. To any other person Priya's constant questioning would seem annoying, but Bella was a very patient person. She loved helping people out. As Priya was painting Bella continued her painting right before the sun had set.

Jordan and liv went to buy some groceries. When they got back they started making some food. It was some stirfried rice with baked tofu. Jordan went outside and say Priya and Bella painting.

"Wow! Never knew you could ever paint." Jordan said to Priya.

"I couldn't, Bella just taught me how to do it." Priya said.

"That's great! You have to teach me one day!". Jordan said.

"I would love to!" Bella said.

"Now where is Mina." Jordan said.

"Not sure." Priya said.

"MINAA! THE FOOD IS READY!" Jordan yelled.

Jordan always yells a lot. Not in a mean way but a way to get her friend's attention. She screams when she's excited aswell. Mina came and they all went to eat dinner. They enjoyed the food as the sun was setting. The temperature was just perfect. It had a nice breeze here and there. It was nice and warm. After they ate they each went to do their stuff. They all decided they would do a campfire at 11 pm and tell horror stories. Jordan, Priya, and Liv went to the living room. Priya and Jordan sand while Liv played her guitar. They sang some classic pop songs and 2000s songs. They all wanted this moment to last forever. While they kept laughing and singing, Bella and Mina went to see the night sky. Mina had set her telescope and camera ready.

"I always wanted that model telescope." Bella said in amazment.

"It's been my dream one ever since I was little." Mina said.

"It cost me quite some money, so I had to save uo for 6 years." Mina said.

"Can I see through the telescope?" Bella said.

Yes, go ahead." Mina said.

"It looks beatiful, you could really see the moons details here." Bella said.

"I know! Just imagine what you can see from other planets." Mina said.

"I had this dream where I was in the lush planet, and you could see a planet with a ring close up, it had magical creatures. Oh, I just wish I could live on a planet like that. Wouldt that be nice?" Mina said.

Bella felt some sort of feeling. She as unsure of what it was it just amazed her. She looked at Mina with an amazed face, but quickly turned.

"That would be lovely." Bella said.

It was nearing 11 o clock. They both went to get stuff for the campfire. Mina got some marshmallows. She has a sweet tooth. They went outside to the backyard and saw thta Jordan, Liv, and Priya were already there.

"You finally got here!" Liv said.

"Yes, it's time for horror stories, none of you are ready for my stories." Mina said.

It was quite dark outside and there was a full moon outside. The night was filled with stories from La Llorona to ones they heard from their grandparents. Liv and Mina both got scared really quickly. They ended their night and went to sleep. Mina's and Bella's room was filled with the silver light the moon shinned down at them.
