"Nice move, Street" Tan said, turning his neck back to get a glimpse of his teammate.

The rowdy group of officers came through the garage entry to the main floor, excited to have triumphed once again over their archenemies: Rocker's squad. The battle came down to the details, as the action in the trenches was truly challenging. Twenty Squad was able to come out on top by just a point, in style and execution. One point of difference between success and defeat!

Hondo and Rocker we're still bickering, while Deacon and Powell went over the details and Luca argued with another of Rocker's men about the driving agility part of the competition. Everyone seemed to be overly excited, especially after three intense hours of tactical and physical training! There wasn't a word about tiredness or exhaustion!

"Thanks! All those extra hours in the range are really paying off" Street responded satisfied.

"That's good, but...you know it won't matter next week, right?" Tan asked in a mocking tone, looking over his shoulder.

Street frowned confused, then asked "Next week?"

"Top Gunman Pro!" he responded.

Street made a slick move and made it to the door half a second before Tan did, only to hold it in front of him. He glared at Tan with a playful smile and said, "Dude, you don't stand a chance against me!"

"We'll see about that!" Tan responded confidently, pushing past him into the room.

Everyone went in to the locker rooms, eager to wash away all the dirt, grime and sweat off their bodies. The afternoon sun began to settle in the horizon, while the officers continued their labor. Some worked on their laptops, others with new recruits and others completed mandatory tasks and checkups.

By sun down, Tan, Street and Powell settled in the range, while the rest worked on their duties in the main floor.

The loud sounds and the smell of gunpowder was a pleasant site for the competitors. Tan and Street had been at it for thirty minutes, coming up to a dead end. Both were determined!

"Dude, give it up! You're toast!" Tan taunted, making Street roll his eyes.

"No way! Next one breaks the tie!"

"Fine!"

"You're buying dinner, you know that, right?"

"Nope, you are. Loser!"

Another round, another target piece filled with holes. Only one round of ammo left. The score was of the minimum of difference, favoring the younger officer.

Just as they loaded their weapons for the final sequence of the challenge, Street took a deep breath and turned to his opponent, showing half a smile. "You know what? I feel like a surf and turf from Marty's would do the trick. I'm starving!"

"What?" Tan called, over the noise.

"You better pay up, Tan!" Street called.

"Let's make it more interesting. Let's make this round a shoot and unload. Fastest and most accurate wins!"
