MY RUDE BOSS

Part 5

Y/n's Pov:

I sat down at my desk getting ready to deal with some paper works that were meant to be done by the end of today. Before I began my work, I started organizing my desk a little to make it look more presentable and easier for me to work in AND then I got to work.

While I was working, I heard the door to the office open. I looked up and saw my boss Todoroki. I heard the clicking of his feet to the floor as he walked to his desk.

"Good morning sir" I greeted, already irritated by the aura he gave off

"Good morning" He just blankly greeted and went to his seat.

I continued doing my work not even bothered to give my boss a glance. I was soo focused that I didn't hear him call my name. I jerked my head up at him, giving him a confused look until he spoke.

"May I ask why you were smiling soo widely this morning" I got even more confused by the question his asked. Why does he care? and why does he want to know? I sat up straight and raised my eyebrow. I leaned back on my chair taking in the question he asked me

"And why do you want to know" I asked him back. He let out a sigh before he spoke again

"It's the first time I've actually seen you smile, so I thought I'd ask" He stated. Something felt a little off. Why does he suddenly care about if I smile are not.

"It's surprising how you care if I smile or not" I stated, picking up my pen to continue my work.

"Aren't I suppose to care? You're my PA" -Todoroki

"I've NEVER seen this side of you before. Either something knocked your head or I'm just dreaming" -Y/n

I heard him let out a huge sigh. I just went on with doing my work, like usual. But it did catch me off guard that he cared soo much about me smiling. How did he even know what happened this morning? Did his friends finally knocked some sense into him about him being really cold towards his workers? I don't know.

While I was working, I had some difficulties with some papers I was working on. So I decided I'd ask him, my boss, for help. I got up from my chair walking up to him while still looking down at the papers in my hand. When I got to him, I spoke up

"Uh, sir. I have problems with the papers I'm working with. Can you help me out?" I placed the papers in front of him. He looked down at the papers before turning to look at me.

"You can get back to work, I'll deal with these" I could hear the cold tone in his voice. It sent shivers down my body. I couldn't just wait to go back home.

I made my way back to my desk, leaning my head back trying to calm down my nerves a bit before working once more. It's soo early in the morning yet I feel soo sleepy. I can't wait for the weekend to come through.

"Y/n, come here" I heard my boss call out to me. I got up once more and headed towards him. I stood by his side and waited form him to speak. "This was you're problem. You didn't thoroughly read through the papers, causing you confusion. See, here is supposed to be the amount of money the company makes per day. With the added taxes, it goes here, so therefore you're calculations were wrong"

He looked up at me, waiting for my response. I saw him hand the papers to me and him turning back to is computer to continue his work. I took the papers from his hand was walking off to my seat. I began to redo the papers again to what my boss told me.

-Time skip-

It was finally break and I found myself out the door. I was going to meet up with this new guy Denki I might a few hours back. I was quite excited to meet him not gonna lie. I made my way to the cafeteria going to get myself some launch. Once done, I found myself a seat at a table waiting for Denki to find me.

A few minutes later, I saw Denki walk up to me, a smile on his face as he did so. I smiled back, welcoming him to seat with me. He took a seat opposite me and leaning forward on the table. The conversation began with us greeting each other

"How have you been" Asked Denki. I smiled replying back but making sure to finish the food in my mouth first.

"I'm doing good and you?" -Y/n

"I'm stressing over work right now. Procrastinating is not the way to go" He let out a sigh. I placed my food down an proceeded to talk

"What made you procrastinate soo much" I asked, one of my eyebrows raised.

"Long story, but hey! It's nice to meet you" He smiled warmly at me
