Chapter 12: Settling in, Modifying Balteus and new friend's

3rd Pov:

After arriving back at Rhodes Island medical ward the students were all sent to the medical ward along with Iguazu, Ziyi and Arshile were all seen taking some medical test's just to make sure that their healthy and aren't sick alongside with the children.

Meanwhile Iguazu was being treated with immediate care as the doctor and nurse's manages to stop his bleeding wound's and managed to bandage all of his wound's.

Yutaro: "Just stay put and rest up Iguazu. You've been through enough shit for one day." He said placing down a cup of warm coco on the desk besides his bed.

He turns around and head's to the door, as he was about to reach for the doorknob when Iguazu suddenly call's out to him.

Iguazu: "F-Freelancer......"

Yutaro look's over his shoulder and see's Iguazu awake and looking at him through his bandage covered face.

Yutaro: "What is it?" He asked casually turning around to face him.

Iguazu: "...Why? Why did you save me?" He asked his voice was one of disbelief and confusion.

Yutaro: "......." He stays silent and keeps his gaze at his dumbfounded rival.

Iguazu: "I've already tried to kill almost 5 time's...and yet you--ugh..." He said before groaning and wincing in pain as he hold's his shoulder.

Iguazu tries to sit up in his bed, but suddenly felt Yutaro's hand on his shoulder Yutaro as he gives him a sincere and apologetic look.

Yutaro: "I know you envy my freedom Iguazu...but your free now too. Free to choose what ever decision you make." He calmly said patting his shoulder as Iguazu was surprised by how calm and how mature Yutaro was.

Iguazu: "......"

Yutaro: "You don't have to forgive me for beating you back in Rubicon....but please...just try to move on."

He gives him one last pat on his shoulder before turning around and leaves the room leaving Iguazu alone to suck in his word's.

Iguazu look's at his bandaged hand as he starts having flashbacks of each fight they had during their time on Rubicon.

He clenches his fists and grit's his teeth as he hit's the railing of his bed in frustration with a single tear rolling down his eye.

Iguazu: "Goddamn it Freelancer..."

Outside of the medical ward and looking at Iguazu's current state was Yutaro was looking at him with a sympathetic look, and besides him were Alina, Theresa, Clara and Svarog.

Alina: "So...that's the man who hate's you?" She asked glancing at Yutaro who nod's.

Yutaro: "Yeah...he's name is Iguazu. He's a part of the group called the "Redguns" that I told you all about." He explained.

Clara: "What happened to him, papa?" She asked feeling worried at shear number of bruise's and cut's all over him.

Yutaro: "That machine Balteus I told you about, it attacked him and I found him like this, but I didn't realize was that balteus used him as bait. That thing was waiting for anyone to kill." He explained patting her head.

Alina: "Smart..." She muttered under her breath with a small hint of fear at the thought of something like balteus being that smart.

Theresa: "Wait, if he hate's you so much...then why did you save him?" She asked looking up at Yutaro with confusion.
