"Octonauts!" Tweak cried in astonishment and relief.
"We've come to rescue you!" Inkling said, his voice confident.
"Aye, matey!" Kwazii said. "Did ye honestly think we were gonna let you rot in a dark and scary dungeon all alone?"
"Well, I was scared that you would!" Tweak cried, tears welling up again. "I'm so, so sorry for disappearing like that, leaving y'all to struggle with what had happened to-"
"We know," Peso said forgivingly. "Luckily, we found the Evergladian Gem for you!"Inkling lifted up the emerald-like stone again to show Tweak, who was beaming, before turning his attention to the sort-of dragon (who, unknowingly to Tweak, was Barnacles as the Drageisbjørn dragon).
"Get ready to freeze the dungeon, Captain!" he commanded.
"Already on it, Professor Seamountstar!" Barnacles roared. "Tweak, we need you to stand back, OK?"
"OK!" Tweak answered, doing as she was told and preparing to be freed."Now, it will be extremely cold, but we'll get you warmed up as soon as you're out, OK?" Barnacles continued, as Tweak nodded her head. "Now, are you ready?"
"Yes, I'm ready!" Tweak replied. And with that, Barnacles took a deep breath, inhaling through his nose, and preparing to exhale through his mouth.
"Ready... set..." Kwazii, Peso and Inkling said together.
And when their Captain inhaled the maximum of what he could inhale, the three Octonauts who were still perched on his back shouted out "Freeze!"
And with a screech and a thunderous crash, like a streak of lightning, the ice broke through the security bars on the window, causing them to break, before spreading to the dungeon walls, splitting them apart.
Tweak shivered as she hurried through the gaping hole in the wall, just in time as well: the dungeon had started to crumble before collapsing into nothing but rock and stone.
The Slaves heard the noise and ran down to the dungeon (or should I say what was left of it), and almost immediately, they saw the silhouette of their captive bunny running into towards what looked like the shape of a dragon (they couldn't see it clearly as snow was cascading downwards).
"She's escaping!" the slave that had accompanied Innes earlier said. "We have to stop her!"
But Innes, along with some other slaves that were there, only gazed at the ruins, looks of fury slowly creeping on a few of their faces.
****************
Inkling, Kwazii and Peso jumped off of the Captain's back as he landed, rushing to Tweak before she could even open her mouth to speak and squeezing her tightly in their arms.
"Thank goodness you're alright!" Inkling said, as all of their eyes pooled with tears of happiness.
"Thank goodness I'm alright?" Tweak replied, as she retrieved the Evergladian Gem at the same time. "I should be saying the same thing about all of you guys!"
All of a sudden, she remembered Barnacles - where was he when he was needed?
"But... where's the Captain?" she asked.
"He's standing in front of us!" Kwazii replied as he and the other two stepped aside, allowing Barnacles to step towards Tweak, sitting down on his back legs and reassuring Tweak that he wasn't going to hurt her.
"Oh me oh my!" Tweak gasped in astonishment at his new appearance. "You look so..."
"Different? Yes." Barnacles finished the sentence for her, before allowing her to rest her forehead onto his nose.
