Rishab reached the apartment of Abhi and barged inside, ignoring all the guards. The guards tried to stop him but after he punched one of the guard, no one came before him

"Where are you bastard, come here! Is this what I taught you? To use your power with your wife? " He shouted from the Hall and Abhi came down, running.

"Dad... "

"Don't call me dad, I am so happy that you are not my real son otherwise I would have definitely killed you by myself. Where is Srisha, call her immediately! " Rishab shouted and Abhi flinched at the harsh tone of his father.

"She is sleeping.. " Abhi tried to tell him, but Rishab shook his head.

"Call her now! " Rishab said but when Abhi still stood in his position, Rishab went inside by himself.

His steps halted, hearing some muffled sobs from a room and he glared at abhi before entering. The scene before him, led her to clench his heart and melt his soul.

He rushed to crying Srisha and removed the cloth from her mouth. "Da.. Dad.. " She spoke, crying loudly.

"Shhh.. I am sorry baccha. I did not know my idiot son will be so bad to you. I swear to put him behind the bars, but for now come with us. To our home. "

"No, Srisha will not go anywhere, she is mine. My wife. " Abhi pulled Srisha harshly to himself and glared at Rishab.

Rishab tightened his fist and stood up. Giving a mind boggling punch to Abhi. Abhi coughed, balancing himself and looked at his angry father.

"If you stop me, I will bury you right under this building or I will kill you and leave you for lions in forest. " Rushab threatened and Abhi scoffed.

"You can do nothing. Because if I am not your son, Srisha is not your daughter-in-law too. She is mine, just mine to hit and serve. "

"That I will only tell. Not you. " Rishab raised his hand to beat Abhi but the latter stopped him by his hand and pushed him away.

Srisha grasped, running to Rishab. "Dad please go, he will not let me leave him. "

"And I will not leave you with this piece of shit. " Rishab stubbornly looked at Abhi but his phone vibrated and it was disturbing.

So he took it out to throw it away but stopped seeing Aradhya's name on the true caller. "Aradhya.. "

Abhi looked at Rishab with wide eyes and snatched the phone from him, throwing it to one of the guards. "That girl whom I always thought as my sister, is just an ordinary girl. She is such a pain, I swear. Always blabbering like a stupid. If I can, I would beat her so much.. "

"Not a word for my daughter, Abhi. " Rishab held his collars and pushed him to the nearest wall. His eyes were a deep shade of red.

The redness in his eyes depicted his anger towards the man he always considered as his son and towards himself for ever trusting him. He wondered where he went wrong.

Should have he listened to his parents and not adopt a boy like Abhi, or his own parenting was at fault? He could not understand it.

But now he could not let an innocent girl suffer because of Abhi.

"Never in my life did I thought that I will regret to ever love you. You are a man who is no less than a monster. No girl should ever deserve you. Not as a mother, not as a sister, not as a wife and... Not as a daughter. "

Tears threatened to leave out of Abhi's eyes. He wanted to stop the harsh words of his father and tell him that his son could never be a monster he was taking him as. That he knows how to be a gentleman and tries to be one.

But the spies of Vikram in their household was stopping him. He could not tell his father that everytime he shows the spies how harsh he is to Srisha, he begs for her forgiveness inside their room. The only place they could not reach because of high digital security.

He wanted to tell his father that all the marks on Srisha's face was make up, and not the bruises. That it was Srisha's plan only, to put a trap for Vikram where he would want her to save his wealth. That he had never raised his hand on her and put her  in pain.

He wanted to show his vulnerability to his father and ask him for forgiveness because he could do nothing to save Aradhya.

But all he could do at the moment , was to endure the mockery and the pain his father was willing to give him. He pushed him away, then again, until Rishab was out of his gates.

Rishab was just looking at his son, wandering if he was the same son he bought his home to, same gentle boy whom he nurtured, or was just a duplicate of him.

At that moment, he realised, he should not have seperated his son from him for two years. Probably those two years changed his son, manipulated his idles and changed his entire being.

"Leave from here before I do anything that I should not. Go away! I do not want you to see anywhere near this house. I don't even want to meet you in our secret place where we used to share everything. I don't want to have those 2:00 a.m. meets anymore, I don't want to tell you anything. Leave from here! " Abhi shouted at his father, keeping his emotions on the bay.

It was killing him to see disappointment in his father's eyes; for him. His father was right. He was not a good son who respected his parents; he used his strength over his father. He was not a good brother; he could not protect his sister. He was not a good husband either; he was using his wife, he was not giving her the life she truly deserves.

And it was suffocating him. It was paining him, his entire body felt to be exhausted. But there was no physical wound. There was no medicine for the pain he felt. He had to endure it. And he was.

"I hope you understand me. " His voice gave away the vulnerability he was in. "Dad."

As Abhi called Rishab 'dad', Rishab's eyes turned watery. He could, suddenly, see the pain his son was suffering. He could not decipher the reason, but he was in hope that his son was not as bad as he was thinking him to be.

"I will not meet you at our place, at 2:00 a.m." Abhi whispered before closing the doors on his father's face.

Rishab sat down near the river, throwing the stones randomly in the river. He was making a chart of whatever happened from the time Abhi compelled Nikhil to suicide.

Slowly and gradually, he understood that there was something he was unaware about. He recollected how Abhi was again and again telling him that he will not meet in their place at 2.

'I hope you understand me. ' 'Dad'.

"He was probably indicating me, that he will meet me at 2. Yes, otherwise why would he suddenly bring that place. Why would he cry while using his hands on me? Yes, he is hiding something. "

Rishab concluded and threw a rock as far as he could, in the river.

"I hope my son is still alive. " Rishab wiped his tear and his heart swelled with hope.
