They 100% drop guide voodoo dolls! When you kill them over lava that can spawn the wall of flesh! So while she was mining her own business and mining some ore. A voodoo demon was bothering her. She killed it but hellstone, when you mine it, it turns into lava! So the guide voodoo doll was dropped into lava! Oh No!
