Ruhi's POV
After completing the 'Parichay Karye Kram', I left for my room to rest for a while.
Thodi samay paschat Rukmini jiji aayengi Bhojan ke liye bulane, tab tak vishram kar lungi. Fir Dau se bhi toh puchna hai kaha jaane ki baat ho rahi thi.
With that I walked to the room which I was in the morning, but suddenly Satyabhama jiji stopped me from entering.
"Kaha jaa rahi ho Shri?" She asked, and I frowned in confusion.
Yeh mera kaksh nahi hai kya?
"Apne kaksh main vishram karne jiji," I replied, and she chuckled lightly.
"Shri, tumhara kaksh yaha kyu hoga bhala?" she asked again, and confusion was clear in my eyes, as much as I believe.
But suddenly, I remembered something.
"Hey prabhu! Main kaise bhool gayi!" I exclaimed holding my head sarcastically, and jiji started laughing, causing me to laugh too.
"Smaran aaya Shri?" she pulled my cheek, and I hugged her.
"Ha jiji. Yeh mere smaran se nikal gaya tha ki Arya ki sabhi raniyo ka ek alag mahal hota hai," I replied sheepishly, still tugging on her.
"Toh shigratha apne mahal main jaake vishram karo. Rukmini tumhe lene aa jayegi," she patted my head and I nodded, walking away from there.
Yeh toh pata chal gaya ki mera mahal isse alag hai. Apitu, mera mahal hai konsa?
"Rani ji, main aapki kuch sahayeta karu?" came a young maiden, around my age, who I suppose was a daasi.
"Ha. Apitu mujhe maharani mat kaho. Meri hi aayu ki toh ho tum. R- mujhe Ruhi kaho, uchit?" I smiled at her while she nodded in acknowledgement.
"Acha suyam ka parichay kab karogi sakhi?" I asked as she leaded me to another beautiful looking fort.
"Awarnika Rani ji," she spoke, and my smile fell.
"Awarnika, maine kaha na ji mujhe mere naam se bulao. Nahi toh dand hi ek matr upay hoga," I teased and giggled looking at her back.
"Jo aagya, Ra- Ruhi," she fumbled on her words and chuckled along.
After a some time, 15 minutes to be exact, we reached to a glorious fort.
Haye main maar jaava! Kanhude ke mahal itne sundar!
"Acha Awarna, mera kaksh konsa hai is bhavye mahal mein?" I asked, still consuming in the routes.
"Yeh raha Ruhi. Aapka aur Dwarikadhish ka kaksh," Awarna said getting my attention to the one magnificent room in front of me.
Ek second, Dwarikadhish ka kaksh?! Haye prabhu! Main kaise bhool gayi?!
Aree voh Kanha hai Ruhi ki bacchi! Teri band baja dega shan bhar main!
Ignoring her words as much as possible, I entered the room.
Is kaksh ki chamak toh dekho! Jaise Dwarika ke saare amulye moti isi ek kaksh main jade ho.
"Awarna, raatri ke bhojan banne main kitna samay lagega?" I asked looking at her while sitting on the bed.
"Aadhe ghante se jyada ka samay toh nahi lagega Ruhi," she said standing next to the bed.
"Jab bhojan ban jaye toh mujhe jaga dena," I laid down on the bed and closed my eyes.
Then I heard the door close.
