After finding a technique called the "Summoning Jutsu" in the Scroll of Sealings, Naruto decided to use that Jutsu instead of the Shadow Clone Jutsu on Mizuki to save Iruka and ended up summoning someone or something that teaches Naruto how to rule...
Team 7 has just returned from the escort mission from the Land of Waves and they had just got done reporting in with the Hokage. However, Hiruzen had Kakashi stay behind to question him on a couple of things.
Kakashi: I assume this is about Naruto, Hokage~Sama?
Hiruzen: Yes. Ever since he obtained the summoning jutsu from the Scroll Of Sealings and summoned these "devils", his personality and overall abilities have been growing at an erratic rate that is getting out of control to a point where he's starting to become so powerful that I can't stop him with just simple commands.
Kakashi: That I understand. He was able to solo the Demon Of The Mist on his own accord and save an entire shipping country. Now, from what we can see about Naruto, he isn't completely evil and malevolent. But, I think his morals and mindset are a bit...corrupted.
Hiruzen: Do you think he could turn out like Orochimaru?
Kakashi: Yes and no. Naruto isn't going around killing innocent people for fun or any sick twisted games, but, he isn't above torturing his enemies in brutal fashions and carrying out orders in his own way. I think the best way we can view Naruto is as someone who's just doing what he wants when he wants, but will stay in his lane and get things done when told to. But, he'll do things his way and if you have a problem with it, then you'll have to deal with him about it personally.
As the two continued talking, Makima would be listening in on the conversation and would be translating it to Naruto, who simply shrugged his shoulders and continued doing what he was doing, which was training Sakura as he promised he would.
Sakura: So, you want me to make a contract with one of your summons?
Naruto: Yes. By doing this, you'll gain a lot of power.
As Naruto would say this, a door would appear beside him and it had the Kanji for "Blood" on it.
Naruto: Sakura, you'll be partnered up with one of my favorite Devils...
Suddenly, the door would burst open and a woman with dirty blond hair and red-yellowish eyes with a cross pattern in them would step out onto the training field and grin devilishly at Naruto.

Naruto: Power, The Blood Devil.
Power: BOW HUMANS!! FOR YOU'RE IN THE ALMIGHTY PRESENCE OF POWER!!!!
Sakura: Power? That's her name?
Power: YES IT IS! Do you have a problem with that, Forehead?
Sakura would gain a tick mark on her head, but just ignore Power and turn towards Naruto.
Naruto: Despite her attitude, Power is one of the stronger Devils in my army since she gains more strength from ingesting blood than most Devils do.
Power: Indeed! After all, as the Almighty Blood Devil, I have to have something that makes me the strongest amongst all you puny humans!
