Weird... | Chapter 2

                                Y/N POV

Pavitr and I walked to class in a rush, and even the teacher asked why Pavitr was late. I guess this really was the first time he was late.

Once I sat down, my seat mate tapped my shoulder. "Why are you late today, I had to cover for you again."

Lin, he was very smart and often was a snitch, but he never really snitch on me, so it was relieving to have them as my seat mate.

I shrugged, getting out my stuff. "I was helping my mom with something." I replied.

"I say that to the teacher every day. I can't keep lying for you." He whispered.

Quickly, I wrote down the stuff that I miss. "Then don't I never asked you to." I said in an angered tone, making him go quiet.

"I'm sorry..." He said as he looked back down to his book.

"Those homework sheets better be on my desk by the morning!" The teacher said, but everyone wasn't listening, not one bit, and just packs up.

I jumped at a small small pinch on my hand freaking me out. I looked down to see a small black spider on my hand. I swipped it off, not wanting to do what happened all over again.

I walked out of class with my headphones over my ears, just trying to zone out every around me, but I couldn't focus because my hand was so itchy.

Going to the bathroom, trying to wash off my hand off, but when I look up to the mirror, one of the other eyes appeared and an arm.

I quickly went into the stall, trying to make it disappear, but it didn't. As I sit on the floor with a sigh. "Damn it, damn it..."

This has never happened before. What do I even do!

A black slime comes from out of my hand, and it wasn't a web it sizzled at the floor. I wanted to get a closer look, but it squicked, getting off the floor it looked like a tiny baby.

"The hell you looking at?" The thing said, shocking me from the sudden words like for something so cute I didn't expect that to come out of their mouth.

I blinked, standing from the floor. "What the hell are you."

"Hey, I wanna know the same thing. I'm small as shit." They said in a rough spanish accent. "But I think I came out of you."

"That's weird... never say that again." I said, looking at it with panic.

"You look like you're having a little problem with your own powers." The black smile said.

"How would you? You don't even know what you are!" I said loudly.

They hopped onto my shoulder, and I wanted to hit it off, but they just turned into mush and built itself back up. "You can call me X. I used to be poisonous Spider-Man, but Miguel never liked my way of going with things. He killed me, and I guess he just was put in a spider."

I try to get my thoughts together. "He can do that?" I asked softly, kind of feeling sympathy for him.

"He can, as you can see." He put his hand on my face, and my eyes widened as it just felt like water was on my face, but it felt weird.

"Why should I?" I asked.

He gave me a deadpanned stare. "Or I could just poison you after I came out of you, so I control all of your insides after that spider bit you."

I shrugged. "Okay, as long as you don't touch anyone I love the idea. If you do, you will be going to the toilet."

"I don't follow rules from nobodies."

"How will you get to Miguel?"

X sighed. "Fine sweetie, I'll go by your rule for now. Just wait till I get my body back."

"I thought you were dead." I wondered.

"You can come back and get your memory back as long as you didn't get your canon event." X described as he seemed like he explained this more than once.

I rolled my eyes. "You seem sooo old. Are you sure you haven't gotten yours yet."

"You wanna die, brat!" He yelled, hitting my shoulder, but it didn't hurt at all.

"You and Miguel are kinda similar. Are you sure you two weren't friends?" I suggested.

"I will never be his friend." He said, and it sounded so serious. "Never say that again."

I don't say anything as the front door opens, and I put him in my pocket. "Shh..."

I came out of the stall trying to sneak past the person, but they grabbed my hand, looking at me with a smile. It was Gayatri. "Y/n! Pav was just talking about you. He was saying that you were acting off."

"I'm good... Just uh stressed and stuff." I said nervously. "Yeah..."

"Well, you should talk to him. You know valentines day is coming up!" She said happily.

I groaned. "You know I don't care about all this stuff."

"Come on, we should go out with your mom and dad and like put them on a double date or something." Gayatri said with a smile as she still held onto my hands.

Where not even dating, never mind. "Uh, I'll think about it..."

I leave the bathroom, and X pokes his head out of my pocket. "Is that like your friend... girlfriend?"

I shook my head. "She's just my friend, kinda like a sister in a way also."

He nodded. "What about the Pav boy. He your boyfriend?"

"Why do you think everyone is with me. Pav is my friend now." I said, and my words just felt like they were wrong coming out of my mouth.

I know it's been months like four months since the forgetting and stuff.

X seemed interested. "Oh... now, huh? What happened."

I didn't want to say anything but I haven't told anything about it. "So back like four months ago, Pav lost his memory because this whole thing with this villain. And Miguel covered it up and made everyone forget even Pavitr..."

"Oh... Well, that's not supposed to happen."

"What does that mean?! Tell me!"
