The new beginning

"Senju!" Emma yelled running to her best friend "I have missed you so much" was all you could hear through the cries of the girl

"Nice to meet you" Senju said although the girl knew her condition it still stung her
"I'm Emma Sano I'm your best friend" Emma said hugging the girl
"Nice to meet you again I'm sorry I don't know you anymore but your very pretty and I am glad we knew eachother" was all Senju said she didn't know what to say but Emma could tell her friend had changed for good
"Senju how about I tell you about our memories when we wait for the others?" Emma wanted to cheer her up and make Senju remember everything
"Sure" Senju replied with a big smile
"Your literally so cute" Emma squealed before sitting down next to the bed

"Okay first off we have known eachother for a long time I believe when you were 7 we met" Emma couldn't remember exactly but just hoped she was right
"Okay umm I wanted to know when did me and Mikey start to date?" Senju didn't ask the boy earlier because he was still worried and just wanted to be with her in silence so she let him
"Well I believe it was on your 15th birthday you two started officially dating but I think you guys did romantic things together before that because I remember hearing you mutter to yourself that Mikey kissed you but I was busy with my love problems to fully listen" Emma said causing Senju more confusion
"Umm and how old am I?" Senju asked
"Oh yeah your 15 your birthday is September 10th sorry I completely forgot you lost your memories" Emma said causing Senju some annoyance
"Okay can you tell me some more stuff?" Senju asked

"Well you have this awesome motorbike and-" Emma told Senju about their memories from when they were little not forgetting to not mention anything about gangs

"That's cool thank you for telling me all this" Senju said smiling at her friend
"It's okay Senju I'll bring some pictures in tomorrow from when we were little" Emma replied she wished her friend would remember everything because it hurt seeing her act as if they were strangers

"Hey guys we're here" a faint voice could be heard it was Hina and Takemichi and Mikey wasn't far behind them with Draken
"Umm Emma what's their names?" Senju asked she tried to whisper but they heard her
"Hey guys do you mind re introducing yourself?" Emma asked
"Oh yeah I'm Hinata Tachibana I am in your class" Hina said bowing down then nudging Takemichi to talk
"I am Takemichi Hanagaki" Takemichi respond bowing down too
"I'm Draken" she seen a tall scary looking guy with a egg faced shape
"You look like an egg" Senju replied hurting the man's feelings
"Senny don't call Ken-chi and egg his name is Egg-chi" Mikey said going over to her bed
"Sorry egg-chi" Senju replied little did she know her boyfriend wasn't being honest with her
"My name isn't egg or Ken-chi it's Draken" the man said slowly walking behind Mikey to hit his head

The group stayed talking for a while telling Senju about some of their memories together even if she didn't remember it was nice in a way

"Umm I have a question what happened to me?" Senju asked no one thought about what they would say until Mikey decided to speak up
"Senju I think it's best we keep this story for another day when your parents are here" Mikey didn't want to say something that would make Senju too upset but unfortunately she was annoyed by this
"What? Why? Please can you tell me" Senju was so confused on why she wasn't allowed to know I mean it's her life
"Senju just wait please I'll call your brothers and parents and we can all tell you together okay?" Mikey asked he didn't want Senju to hate him but he needed her to know he wasn't against her
"Whatever this is so unfair" Senju said before turning to Emma
"Please tell me I won't be upset I just want to know did I get hurt badly?" No one spoke until Mikey decided to ring someone infront of Senju
"What are you doing Mikey?" Senju asked no one spoke

"Mr Akashi your on speaker phone Senju wants to know what happened to her" Mikey said to make sure Mr Akashi didn't say anything that could ruin her recovery
"Well sweetie you were caught in the middle of a gang fight you were on your way home and someone was pointing a guy at someone else and by bad aim it hit you instead" Mr Akashi had already thought about what to say since he knew his daughter was extremely nosey
"But that doesn't make sense how would that affect my memory?" Senju asked
"Well when you were shot you fell to the ground and when you fell you hit your head really hard" he added before saying "Me and your mother will come and visit you later if you have any more questions" he finished by hanging up the phone

"Oh why couldn't you just tell me that Mikey?" Senju asked
"Well I didn't tell you because I didn't know the full story" Mikey lied to his favourite person so much lately he had grown used to making up quick answers
"Okay," Senju said lying back down on her bed

"How about we leave you to rest more Sen?" Mikey asked
"Yes please" Senju had spent so much time around other people she just wanted some more time to rest alone
"Bye bye Senju I'll come visit soon with those photos" Emma said hugging the girl goodbye
"Bye thank you for visiting me" Senju then waved goodbye as everyone except one left

"Senju do you actually want to rest because I can bring you some food from the canteen if you want" Mikey knew how Senju was and he knew she wasn't tired
"Umm I don't know I just want to leave this room to be honest" Senju replied a bit bored from the clean room that had a vase filled with flowers by the window her boyfriend was the only one to bring her anything to say get well soon some had already bloomed and they were most definitely in their golden hour
"I can ask if I could weel you in a wheelchair to the garden" Mikey replied going to ask for a nurse
"Thank you" was the last words he heard as he left to find someone

He returned 15 minutes later with a nurse and a wheelchair

"So Senju how are you feeling" the nurse asked as she was preparing her to switch areas
"I'm okay I just want to leave this place" she replied
"Don't worry I think your only going to be here for another two days and then you'll be able to go back home" the nurse said making Senju excited
"Really??" Senju asked
"Yes although you won't be able to attend school for two months as we want to make sure you are able to do things independently" she replied
"I think I'm okay with that as long as I can go back to my house my parents will be there with me more" she responded everyone could tell she was happier

"Okay done please call me when you want to go back to your bed" the nurse said leaving the room
"Thank you" was all they replied with

"Where would you like to go first?" Mikey asked
"Can we get some food the go to the garden?" You could tell she was planning on an empty stomach
"Okay Senny" Mikey said giggling to himself until the girl felt a soft pair of lips touching her head she looked to see who it was although she already knew it was Mikey
"Ah" Senju yelped quietly before turning back around face fully red it was as if she was falling inlove with him again

Mikey and Senju went and got some food that they then carried outside it was a warm day despite being in mid February (I have no idea what month or day this actually was in since I had forgotten when Senju birthday was so let's just pretend this makes sense)

"Senju I love you so much I'm so so so sorry I wasn't able to protect you" Mikey said as he was sitting on a bench next to Senju's wheelchair
"It's okay Mikey it's my fault I am just glad I have kind parents and friends that have visited me during these hard times" Senju replied holding Mikeys hand at that moment he kissed her she felt those warm soft lips touch hers and she felt as if she could melt away
"Look I'll make sure you remember I know you don't remember me promising you this but when we last spent time together before this whole thing I promised you I would make you my wife when we become the legal age" this made Senju so happy but so nervous to her he was a handsome stranger
"I'll take your word for it" Senju replied as she kissed the boy again

They stayed outside for a couple of hours until it started to get dark so they went back inside and he said his goodbyes for now
